摘 要:以泡沫混凝土的成型工艺为基础,辅之以分散性良好的增强剂聚丙烯纤维,并掺加一定的辅助材料,配制出了一种新型水泥基泡沫-引发型多孔吸声材料。该材料吸声性能优越、成本低、对环境无污染。 Abstract: Based on the forming technics of foam concrete, adding the polypropylene fiber as strengthening agent and any other supplementary substances, a new kind of cement-based foam initiated porous sound absorption material is prepared. This material has the characteristics of good sound absorption, low cost of preparation and non-pollution to the environment.

摘 要:以废弃陶瓷破碎为颗粒较粗的细骨料,即陶瓷再生粗砂,利用其与本地特细砂掺配使用以达到对特细砂改性的目的。针对两种砂的不同特点,通过计算确定了陶瓷再生粗砂的合理掺量范围和最佳掺量。 Abstract: Waste ceramics are crushed as recycled ceramic coarse sand. And it was mixed with Kaifeng ultra fine sand to modify the ultra fine sand. According to the different features of these two sands, the suitable range of recycled ceramic coarse sand replacing Kaifeng ultra fine sand and its optimal mixing ratio is determined by calculation.

摘 要:为研究机场道面施工工艺和引气剂品种对混凝土气泡特征参数的影响规律,采用4种国内常用的引气剂配置了含气量为6%的机场水泥混凝土。试验结果表明,经排式振捣机振捣后,混凝土的含气量大幅度降低,气泡总数和小孔径气泡个数显著增加;掺不同品种引气剂的混凝土经机场道面施工后,其气泡特征参数有较大的差异;优质引气剂经施工后在混凝土中形成大量小孔径气泡,气泡间距系数明显降低。 Abstract: In order to study the effect of airport pavement concrete construction and air entraining agent on air void characteristic parameters, four types of air entraining agent which are frequently used in China are adopted, and the airport cement concrete with air content of 6% is tested. The results show that air content in concrete decreases greatly while the total air number and the tiny air void number increase remarkably after HPZ vibration. Concrete with different air entraining agent lead to quite different air void characteristic parameters after airport concrete construction. Air void spacing factor decreases greatly after HPZ vibration and lots of tiny air voids are entrained in concrete with good quality air entraining agent.

摘 要:结合实际生产需要,研究了预制混凝土构件自动化生产线中的自动化养护堆垛机,并通过ANSYS软件分析了立体养护设备的承载结构。分析结果表明,采用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析计算,较好地优化了堆垛机的结构,使其满足了设计要求。 Abstract: Combined with the actual production needs, a stacking machine of curing equipment of prefabricated concrete (PC) component automated production line is designed, and stereo curing equipment bearing structure is analyzed through ANSYS software. The analyzed results show that the structure of stacking machine of the curing equipment can be better improved, and can satisfy the design requirements by the ANSYS software for analyzing PC component finite element.

摘 要:采用CAD/CAE技术,以三维参数化建模软件Pro/E作为设计平台,进行钢筋混凝土排水管模具关键零部件的设计与建模,并装配得到整体虚拟模型。利用工程分析软件ANSYS对开合模装置的结构进行分析,以提前发现设计中存在的缺陷,及时对结构方案进行优化。 Abstract:By using three-dimensional parametric modeling software Pro/E of CAD/CAE technology as a design platform, the key parts of the mould for reinforced concrete sewer pipes are designed and modeled, and the parts are assembled to get a whole virtual model. Then, the structure of movable die device is analyzed using the engineering analysis software ANSYS, so as to find out the defects of mould design ahead of making products, and the structure scheme can be optimized in time.

摘 要:对当前我国工业化住宅建设中常用的框架结构体系、剪力墙结构体系和PCF结构体系的构造及其特点作了介绍,对工业化住宅中PC构件的生产方式也作了介绍。文章总结我国工业化住宅建设推进过程中遇到的建设成本较高、标准化程度不高、配套技术不全、专业设计能力不强等四个关键问题。在此基础上,推进工业化住宅建设策略的思考。 Abstract: The structure and characteristics of common frame structure system, shearing wall system and PCF structure system in industrial residence construction in China are introduced in this paper, and the production mode of PC components in industrial residence is also explained. The four key problems are summed up such as higher construction costing, lower standard level, defective matching technology and weak professional design ability. Therefore, the thinking of industrial residence construction strategy is promoted.

摘 要:以生石灰作为改性材料对未经煅烧处理的磷石膏进行改性除杂,陈化后,经成球、水泥包裹处理,再与胶凝材料、碎石等在添加适量水的情况下混合,采用振动加压成型工艺、自然养护的方式生产出软化系数达到0.84、抗压强度达到21.5MPa以上的耐水高强磷石膏实心砖,其它性能指标符合GB/T 21144—2007《混凝土实心砖》标准中MU20等级要求,使得磷石膏实心砖的应用范围更加广泛,从而为解决磷石膏的综合利用问题提供了一条新的途径。 Abstract: The uncalcined phosphogypsum is modified and purified by quicklime, via the aging, balling and cement coating process. And then the material is mixed with an appropriate amount of water, the cementitious material, gravel, and so on. After using the vibration pressure molding process and the nature curing, the prepared high-strength phosphogypsum water-resistant solid bricks can reach the softening coefficient of 0.84 and compressive strength of 21.5 MPa. The other properties can meet the requirement of MU20 grade requirements product of the GB/T 21144-2007 , which make the phosphogypsum solid bricks have broader range of applications, and it may provide a new way to solve the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.

摘 要:通过长江淤泥(南通段)的物理性能及化学成分分析,对淤泥烧制陶粒进行了探讨。分析了陶粒及粉煤灰掺量对陶粒加气砌块性能的影响,并对陶粒加气砌块的抗压强度及热工性能进行测试。介绍了陶粒加气砌块的生产工艺,根据陶粒加气砌块的制备现状,从原料、工艺、设备三方面提出了改进意见。 Abstract: Through the analysis of the chemical composition and physical properties of the silt of Yangtze River in Nantong, the requirements of the raw material which have been used to produce ceramsite have been discussed. The effects of ceramsite dosage and fly ash dosage on the performance of sediment ceramsite aerated concrete blocks have been analyzed. The compression strength and thermodynamic engineering performance of sediment ceramist aerated concrete blocks have been tested. The production technology of ceramsite and its aerated concrete blocks is introduced. According to the preparation status of ceramsite aerated concrete blocks, some suggestions have been put forward from the raw material, production technology and equipment.

摘 要:对在承重结构中长期使用后的加气混凝土砌块的密度、含水率、抗压强度、砌体抗压强度、导热系数和传热系数进行了测试,并将其与新鲜加气混凝土砌块进行比较。研究表明,加气混凝土砌块作为承重结构长期使用后,各项性能仍然与新鲜砌块基本一致,其物理性能和热工性能并未因长期的承重使用而劣化。 Abstract: The density, water content, compressive strength, masonry compressive strength, thermal conductivity and heat transmission coefficient of the long-term used bearing aerated concrete blocks are researched, and they are compared with the fresh bearing aerated concrete blocks. The results show that the properties of the long-term used bearing aerated concrete blocks used as bearing structure are basically the same with the fresh aerated concrete blocks, the physical performance and thermal property of bearing aerated concrete blocks do not deteriorate after long-term used.
