摘 要:采用煤矸石与生石灰、粉煤灰按照合适配合比制成混合料(即煤矸石二灰混合料),并用该种混合料进行地基换填,经过养护后利用平板载荷试验,测出了该混合料的p-s曲线、s-lgt曲线,得出了地基承载力特征值及变形模量。研究表明,该混合料的地基承载力很高,变形模量也较高,可用作20层以下建筑的地基换填处理材料。 Abstract:Coal gangue, lime and fly ash are mixed according to appropriate mix proportion. Using the mixture to replace the foundation, and using the plate loading test after the curing, the p-s curve, s-lgt curve of the mixture are tested, and the characteristic value of subgrade bearing capacity and deformation modulus are concluded. The research shows that the subgrade bearing capacity of the mixture is very high and the deformation modulus of the mixture is higher as well, which can be used as the foundation replacement material for the buildings below 20 floors.

摘 要:介绍了一种用于自动清扫制造离心方桩的自动化设备。该套设备配合生产线转运钢模的链条输送机,把通过的钢模自动清扫干净并喷涂脱模剂,进一步提高了生产线的自动化程度,工艺节拍更加可控,而且使生产效率更有保证。同时,也有效减少了操作人员数量,不仅节约成本,也提高了整个生产环境的安全性。 Abstract: A kind of automation equipment for automatic cleaning manufacture centrifugal square piles is introduced. This set of equipments matches with production line to run the chain conveyor of steel mould, then, automatically cleans the steel mould and sprays release agent on it, which further improve the automation degree of square pile production lines, and make the process more controllable and the efficiency more guarantee. Meanwhile, the steel mould automation cleaning machine can effectively reduce the operating personnel quantity, which can not only save the cost, but also improve the production environment security.

摘 要:为了减少玻化微珠保温混凝土在泵送施工过程中出现的离析和泌水现象,进行了玻化微珠保温混凝土分层度试验和压力泌水试验;通过对原材料的控制以及外加剂的选择,提高了玻化微珠保温混凝土的可泵性,并将其应用于的现场施工,收到了良好的效果。 Abstract: In order to reduce the segregation and bleeding phenomenon of the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete in the pumping construction process, the corresponding solution by the stratification test and pressure bleeding test on glazed hollow bead insulation concrete are put forward. The pumping ability of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete is improved by the control of raw materials and selection of additives. In the construction site, it is proved that these measures can receive a good effect.

摘 要:通过对11根全高炉矿渣钢筋混凝土柱的低周反复荷载试验,根据各柱的滞回曲线、骨架曲线等指标,对影响全矿渣柱延性的因素进行了分析;以各柱骨架曲线为基础,得出各柱的位移延性系数,对全高炉渣柱的延性性能进行了分析。 Abstract: Subjected to horizontal low cyclic loading, based on the experiment of 11 columns composed by slag aggregate materials, according to indexes of hysteretic curve and skeleton curve to each column, the factors influencing ductility are analyzed. For each column, calculated yield load and limit load, displacement ductility coefficient and ductility performance are obtained.

摘 要:通过对半干法脱硫产生的亚硫酸钙型脱硫石膏的材性研究表明,其主要矿物成份是亚硫酸钙,另有少量的硫酸钙。亚硫酸钙在氧化气氛条件下经焙烧处理可氧化成为硫酸钙,即Ⅱ型无水石膏。Ⅱ型无水石膏经强度激发,凝结时间和保水性能改性处理之后,可以配置强度高、凝结时间任意可调、且初终凝时差长的高性能粉刷石膏。 Abstract: Based on the research of the performance of calcium sulfite flue-gas gypsum which produced by semi-dry flue gas desulphurization, it is shown that the main mineral composition is calcium sulfite, as well as a small amount of calcium sulfate. After roasting, the calcium sulfite can become calcium sulfate in oxidizing atmosphere condition, namely Ⅱ type anhydrite. Through the treatment of strength excitation and modification of setting time and water retention, Ⅱ type anhydrite can be configured to high performance painted gypsum with high strength, adjustable setting time and long initial and final setting time.

摘 要:为研究聚丙烯纤维混凝土结构的受力性能,对6根不同掺入量的聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁进行了试验研究,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其受力过程进行了非线性数值仿真模拟。研究结果表明:掺入聚丙烯纤维的混凝土梁裂缝宽度较相同条件下未掺入聚丙烯纤维的混凝土梁小,聚丙烯纤维能够提高混凝土梁的抗裂性能;配置HRB500级钢筋的聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁在使用阶段能够满足《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2010)裂缝宽度限值的要求;非线性有限元数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,该方法能够有效地模拟聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁的受力过程。 Abstract: In order to investigate the mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete structure, 6 polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete beams which have different dosages of polypropylene fiber are analyzed, and using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, nonlinear numerical simulation for the process of experiment is carried out. The results show that the crack widths of polypropylene fiber concrete beam are smaller than the unincorporated ones, the polypropylene fiber can improve the crack resistance of concrete beams. The polypropylene fiber concrete beams reinforced with HRB500 can meet to the requirements of the crack width limits of "Design Specification of Concrete Structures" (GB 50010-2010) during the using phase. And the nonlinear finite element numerical simulation agrees well with the experimental results, which indicates that this method can effectively simulate the force process of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete beams.

摘 要:通过试验研究了不同体积掺量的聚丙烯纤维和涤纶纤维水泥混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,在低掺量的情况下,涤纶纤维完全可以取代聚丙烯纤维,而且涤纶纤维混凝土的各项性能均优于素混凝土, 其中,以抗劈裂性能的优势最为突出。 在高掺量的情况下, 涤纶纤维混凝土的各项性能与聚丙烯纤维混凝土的差距较大, 不易取代。 Abstract: The mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber concrete are studied with different volume dosages by experiment. The result shows that under the condition of low dosages, polyester fiber can completely replace polypropylene fiber, and every performance of the polyester fiber concrete precede to the ones of fiber concrete, especially the splitting property. Under the high dosage condition, there are great performance differences between polyester fiber concrete and polypropylene fiber concrete, and the polyester fiber is difficult to replace the polypropylene fiber.
