摘 要：研究了高温养护（80℃ 热水养护及后续200～300℃高温烘箱养护）对活性粉末混凝土（RPC）力学性能的影响。结果表明，烘箱高温养护显著提高了RPC混凝土的抗压强度，而一定程度上降低了抗折强度。通过对高温养护下失水量、硅酸盐聚合程度、水化产物能谱分析、孔体积及界面过渡区的研究，认为高温养护过程中，水泥基体中硅酸盐聚合度提高，部分水化硅酸钙转变成了硬硅钙石，有利于抗压强度的提高。而烘箱高温养护减弱了界面结合强度，使得抗折强度下降。
Abstract: The effects of high temperature curing (80℃ hot water curing and 200～300℃ oven curing) on the mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete (RPC) are studied. The results show that the oven high temperature curing can obviously improve the compressive strength of RPC, but decrease the flexural strength to some extent. Through the research on water loss under high temperature, polymerization degree of silicate, energy spectrum analysis of hydration products, pore volume and ?interfacial transition zone, it is considered that during the high temperature curing, the polymerization degree of silicate is improved, some hydration silicate calcium turns to xonotlite, which is beneficial to improving the compressive strength. However, the oven high temperature curing decreases the interfacial strength, which makes the flexural strength decrease.
