摘  要:针对隧道二次衬砌混凝土对强度要求较低,对抗渗要求较高的情况,用低成本的含石粉机制砂,配制出了强度等级为C25,抗渗等级为P8的泵送混凝土。试验表明,机制砂中石粉含量为12%~14%时,配制出的混凝土强度较高;石粉含量为8%~16%时,能满足使用要求。Abstract:Aimingatthesituationthatthelowerstrengthbuthigherpermeabilityresistancerequirementsforthetunnelsecondaryliningconcrete,theC25pumpingconcretewithP8permeabilityresistanceispreparedwiththelowcoststonepowdermanufacturedsand.Theexperimentshowsthatwhenthecontentofstonepowderis12%~14%,thestrengthofconcreteishigher,andwhenthecontentofstonepowderis8%~16%,theconcretecansatisfytheapplicationdemand.

摘 要:高保水性砌筑水泥是一种新型的专用水泥,其制备砂浆的性能与预拌砂浆相近,但能耗和成本较预拌砂浆低。研究了高保水性砌筑水泥及其砂浆的保水率、抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度和收缩性等性能,参考我国砌筑水泥和砂浆的相关标准,提出高保水性砌筑水泥的性能指标,为高保水性砌筑水泥广东省地方标准的编制提供依据。 Abstract: The high water retention masonry cement is a new type of special cement, and the mortar made of it has the same performances as the ready-mixed mortar, while the energy consumption and cost of it can be reduced a lot. In this paper the water-retention, compressive strength, tensile bond strength and shrinkage ratios of high water retention masonry cement and mortar made of it are studied. And combined with the ready-mixed mortar standard and the masonry cement specifications, the performances indexes of high water retentive masonry cement are put forward as a reference for high water retention masonry cement standard of Guangdong Province.

摘 要:对混凝土梁式结构的健康状况进行检测鉴定,首先需要掌握其系统参数关于结构损伤的演化规律,以便进行有的放矢的检测和得到可靠的鉴定结果。本文以混凝土简支梁为例,通过静力加载试验模拟梁的损伤累积过程,通过突加荷载试验跟踪梁自振周期随加载损伤等级的变化,深入分析了这些变化的发生机理,并提出了一种基于自振周期的结构损伤程度识别指标。 Abstract: For the detection and evaluation of concrete beam structure, the evolution rule of its system parameters about structure damage should be grasped firstly. Then, the results of detection and evaluation may be reliable. In this paper, taking a simple supported concrete beam as an example, the accumulated damage of the beam is simulated by a static loading test, and the change of natural vibration period with loading damage is tracked by a shock loading test. The mechanism of the changes is analyzed, and an identification index of damage severity based on natural vibration period is presented.

摘 要:基于目前国内外的研究成果,以钢筋混凝土结构为研究对象,对钢筋混凝土材料的热工性能、力学性能以及高温粘结性能进行了研究分析;运用灰色系统理论对影响混凝土高温粘结性能的各因素进行了灰关联度分析。 Abstract: Based on the current domestic and international research results, taking the reinforced concrete beams as the study object, the reinforced concrete thermal properties, mechanical properties and high temperature bonding properties are researched and analyzed. The gray system theory is used for the impact factors of concrete high-temperature bonding performance, and the gray correlation analysis is carried out.

摘 要:为比较区域约束与传统约束的差异,对6根混凝土柱(传统约束混凝土柱和区域约束混凝土柱各3根)进行了不同轴压比下的周期往复荷载试验。区域约束混凝土采用区域约束与整体约束相结合的约束方式,箍筋与纵筋共同作用,约束效力更高。试验结果表明,即使在高轴压比下,区域约束混凝土也有较好的承载能力和变形能力,极限状态为延性破坏。区域约束混凝土的应用可有效提高建筑结构抗震性能,具有推广应用价值。 Abstract: In order to compare the differences between the regional constraint and normal constraint, tests are done on 6 concrete columns under low cyclic loading mode, while half of them are normal confined concrete(NCC) columns, and the others are regional confined concrete(RCC) columns. The regional constraint is used by regional constraint and total constraint, and the longitudinal steel and stirrup action together, confinement in RCC columns is more efficient than that in NCC columns. Test results indicate that the mechanical properties of RCC columns is better than NCC columns, and they are more ductile and more reliable even under high axial compression ratio. It can be expected that the application of RCC may effectively improve the seismic behavior of structures.

摘  要:通过对掺入钢纤维的活性粉末混凝土不同尺寸试件,以及在相同尺寸前提下有无掺入钢纤维的试件进行了抗压强度和抗折强度等力学性能试验研究,探讨了尺寸效应以及钢纤维对试件抗压、抗折强度的影响,在对掺入钢纤维混凝土试件进行弹性模量试验的基础上,得出其与抗压强度的关系。结果表明,尺寸效应对活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度影响较大,对抗折强度影响较小;而钢纤维的掺入能较大地提高活性粉末混凝土的抗折强度,改善其脆性大的性质。Abstract:Basedonthemechanicalpropertytestsstudyofcompressiveandflexuralstrengthonthedifferentsizespecimenofreactivepowderconcrete(RPC)withsteelfiberandthesamesizespecimenofRPCwithsteelfiberornot,theeffectsofsizeeffectandsteelfiberonthecompressiveandflexuralstrengthofspecimenarediscussed.Andtheelasticmodulusexperimentofconcretespecimenwithsteelfiberiscarriedout,andtherelationshipbetweenthecompressivestrengthandelasticmodulusisobtained.TheresultsshowthatthesizeeffecthasgreaterimpactonthecompressivestrengthofRPCthantheflexuralstrength.Meanwhile,thesteelfibercangreatlyimprovetheflexuralstrengthandthebrittlenessofRPC.

摘 要:北方机场道面水泥混凝土对抗冻性和强度的要求较高,在引气混凝土中掺入聚酯纤维,可在满足混凝土抗冻性要求的同时,提高混凝土的强度。试验表明,聚酯纤维掺量存在着最佳含量。在该掺量下,可以有效地提高混凝土冻融后的抗压、劈裂和抗弯拉强度。 Abstract: Because of the high requirement for the frost resistance and strength of pavement concrete in Northern airport, the polyester fiber is used into air-entrained concrete to improve the frost resistance and strength of concrete. The test results show that the polyester fiber has the optimum content. The compressive, the splitting and the bending strengths of concrete are improved with this optimum dosage.

摘 要:以钢纤维在受力方向均匀分布的纤维混凝土板为模型,对不同载荷、不同纤维长径比的几个算例进行了ANSYS有限元分析。各个情况下纤维和基体应力和应变情况的对比研究表明,裂纹的开裂扩展由基体的材料性能决定,纤维混凝土与基体材料具有相同的弹性阶段,纤维的作用在基体开裂后才能得到充分发挥。此外,纤维在混凝土硬化过程中的主要效应为降低塑性裂纹和内部微裂纹的数量和尺度,提高混凝土材料介质的连续性,并最终改善混凝土的综合性能。 Abstract:The ANSYS finite element analysis of several examples with the different loads, different fiber aspect ratio is carried out, through the evenly distributed fiber reinforced concrete slabs with steel fiber in the direction of the force as the model. Compared with the stress and strain of fiber and concrete in each case, the results show that crack extension of the crack is determined by the material properties of the matrix, fiber reinforced concrete and the base material have the same elastic stage, the role of the fiber can give a full play after cracking of the base body. In addition, the main effect of the fiber in the concrete hardening process is to reduce the number and scale of plastic cracks and micro-cracks, improve the continuity of the concrete material medium, and ultimately improve the overall performance of the concrete.
