钢纤维钢筋高强自密实混凝土板的弯曲性能

摘 要:研究了钢筋高强自密实混凝土板的弯曲性能,并考察了钢纤维对于钢筋高强自密实混凝土板弯曲性能的影响。共设计了5组配合比、15块1.1m×1.1m×0.1m板底密集配筋的方板,测试了方板的抗弯强度、荷载-挠度曲线、弯曲破坏形态以及裂缝分布情况。研究发现,高强自密实混凝土板的抗弯强度较普通混凝土板有明显提高,但是脆性也更为明显;钢纤维的引入改善了钢筋高强自密实混凝土板的弯曲性能,板的延性和变形能力得到了显著提高,方板的裂缝条数明显增加。
Abstract: For studying the flexural behavior of steel fiber reinforced high strength self compacting concrete (HSCC) slab, 5 group specimen (15 of 1.1m×1.1m×0.1m slabs) are tested, and the flexural strength, load-deflection curves, fracture modes and cracking patterns are investigated. The results show that the flexural strength of HSCC slab is higher than that of ordinary concrete slab, but the brittleness of HSCC slab become wores. The addition of steel fibers can improve the flexural behavior,the ductility, deformation ability of HSCC slabs. Meanwhile, the number of cracks of HSCC slab increase.
