水泥基整体防水材料在多缝开裂环境下抗氯离子侵蚀试验

摘 要:在水泥砂浆中掺入聚丙烯纤维制备应变硬化水泥基材料(PVA-SHCC),同时向其中掺入不同比例的硅烷乳液制备水泥基整体防水材料试件,通过四点弯曲试验和氯离子侵蚀试验,测定了不同试件在不同养护龄期、不同应力的多缝开裂环境下抗氯离子侵蚀性能。试验结果表明,氯离子含量随着养护龄期的增加而减小、应变的提高而增加,不同应力环境下,掺入硅烷乳液的试件有较好的抵抗氯离子侵入的能力,可提高试件的抗渗透性,从而延长其耐久性能。
Abstract: The cement-based materials (PVA-SHCC) is prepared by adding polypropylene fiber, then the cement-based integral waterproofing material specimens are prepared by adding different proportions of silane latex into the PVA-SHCC. Through the four-point bending test, the chloride resisting properties of the specimens are tested under different condition of curing period, stress, and crack environment. The result show that the content of chloride decreases with the increasing of curing period, and increases with the stress raising. The specimen with silane emulsion has a good chloride resisting properties, which can prolong the durability of the sample.
