石膏-EPS-棉花秸秆纤维复合材料保温与防火性能研究

摘 要:利用聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫塑料颗粒作为保温材料,以石膏为主要胶凝材料,辅以棉花秸秆纤维、硅酸盐水泥和矿渣颗粒,可配制保温性能和防火性能良好的石膏EPS复合材料。实验采用平板导热仪测定复合材料在干燥和潮湿条件下的导热系数;利用汽油喷灯测试复合材料的防火性能。研究结果显示, 该复合材料具有较低的导热系数、良好的保温性能和防火性能。
Abstract: Using polystyrene (EPS) foam particles as insulation materials, gypsum as the main gelled material, and other materials such as cotton straw fiber, Portland cement and slag particles, gypsum EPS composite material with high performance of heat preservation and fireproof was produced. The heat conductivity coefficient of the composite material at dry and wet conditions by the plate thermal conductivity meter and the fireproof performance by the gas burner are tested. The results show that the composite material has low coefficient of thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and fireproof performance.
