摘 要:为满足大型电子工业厂房大面积楼板梁结构施工的抗裂性能要求,对比研究了HCSA膨胀剂及复合膨胀剂(MgO膨胀剂与HCSA膨胀剂复掺)的性能,并配制了高抗裂性的补偿收缩混凝土。试验结果表明,两种膨胀剂配制的C40补偿收缩混凝土都具有补偿收缩、防止开裂的效果。掺加复合膨胀剂的补偿收缩混凝土早期强度稍低,温升小,但补偿收缩能力较强,有利于改善大体积深梁与薄板同时浇筑的混凝土结构的抗裂性。
Abstract: The performance of different kinds of expansive agent was studied for the preparation of shrinkage-compensating concrete with excellent anti-cracking ability to satisfy the constructing requirement of large-scale beam and slab structure of electronic plant. The comparing results of using HCSA expansive agent alone and complexly using HCSA expansive agent and MgO expansive agent together show that the shrinkage-compensating concrete prepared with both two kinds of expansive agent possesses anti-cracking ability. The concrete prepared with complex expansive agent has a little low early strength, low temperature rising and strong shrinkage-compensating ability. It benefits the increase of anti-cracking ability for the concrete structure in which the large volume deep beam and thin plate is cast simultaneously.
