摘 要:由于重载列车速度的提高和运量的增加,轨道结构伤损破坏加速、线路设备病害发生和发展速度加快。目前,我国尚无27 t及以上重载铁路专用轨枕,为有效解决线路用枕需求,采用预应力混凝土轨枕设计方法,对设计荷载分析、结构型式尺寸及结构强度计算进行了设计,并完善了27 t轴重重载轨枕的制造工艺,通过试验和检测,满足重载轨枕的质量要求。
Abstract: The increase of speed and traffic volume of heavy-duty train makes the damage and damage of track structure accelerate, and the occurrence and development speed of line equipment diseases accelerate. There are no special sleepers for 27 t or above heavy haul railway in China. In order to effectively solve the demand of sleepers for the railway, by using the design method of prestressed concrete sleeper, the design load analysis, structural type size and structural strength calculation are designed, and the manufacturing process of 27 t axle load heavy-duty sleeper is improved. The quality of heavy-duty sleeper is ensured through necessary tests.
