摘 要:采用拉伸黏结强度测试方法对砂浆和加气混凝土墙面的黏结性能进行了研究,重点探讨了普通抹灰砂浆和薄抹灰砂浆用基本原材料对砂浆不同龄期黏结强度的影响。结果表明,随着养护时间的延长,砂浆的黏结强度提高;在加气混凝土抹灰之前涂刷一层界面剂,能够有效地减少空鼓和开裂,提高砂浆的黏结强度;薄抹灰砂浆较普通抹灰砂浆具有更好的黏结性能和抗流挂性能,能够减少砂浆的空鼓和开裂现象。
Abstract: The tensile bond strength test method was used to study the bonding performance of mortar and aerated concrete wall, and the effects of basic raw materials for ordinary plaster mortar and thin plaster mortar on the bond strength of mortar at different ages were discussed. The results show that with the extension of curing time, the bonding performance of mortar increases. Applying a layer of interface agent on the aerated concrete plaster can effectively reduce hollowing and cracking, and improve the bonding performance of mortar. Thin plaster mortar has better bonding performance and anti sagging performance than ordinary plaster mortar, and can reduce hollowing and cracking of mortar.
