摘 要：探讨了预制混凝土检查井各装配部件的设置、配筋要求和接口密封做法，并分别对浇注成型、芯模振动成型、高频竖向振动成型、高频、一体翻转脱模振动成型工艺进行了介绍和对比，以期为相关生产企业结合自身实际情况，选择合适的生产工艺组织生产提供参考。
Abstract: The prefabricated parts, reinforcement requirements and interface sealing methods of prefabricated concrete manholes are discussed, and the pouring molding, core mold vibration forming, high frequency vertical vibration molding and high frequency vertical vibration forming process are introduced and compared, which can help the related enterprise choose the appropriate production process.
