The fine aggregate production and processing system is the key of the technology. And using the system, low quality stones are made into high quality raw materials of ready-mixed concrete, which not only can realize the sustainable development of the raw materials, but also is economic and environmental protective.

摘 要:通过描述煤矸石物化性质以及在墙体材料、水泥净浆、水泥砂浆、水泥混凝土以及筑路和填充材料中的应用,说明了煤矸石的一些性质可以改善建筑材料的多种性能,并对在应用过程中需要注意的煤矸石种类、粒径、用量、级配等问题进行了描述。 Abstract: Through describing the coal gangue physical and chemical properties as well as its application in wall materials, cement paste, cement mortar, cement concrete and filling materials with good effects, it’s proved that some properties of the coal gangue could improve a number of performances of the building materials. Besides, in order to promote the development of the coal gangue, some attention problems such as the type, particle size, dosage, gradation of the coal gangue are described during the application process.

摘 要:根据纤维水泥板和硅酸钙板生产线排放废水特点,对纤维水泥板和硅酸钙板生产企业废水排放的综合处理方案进行了探讨,提出了废水处理的方案,该方案可合理利用废水,达到国家排放标准。 Abstract: According to the wastewater emission characteristics of the fiber cement plates and silicate calcium plates production lines, the complex measure schemes of the wastewater emission in the fiber cement plates and silicate calcium plates factories are discussed. The measure schemes of the wastewater emission is proposed, which can reasonably use the wastewater, and make it achieve the national emission standard.

摘 要: 结合某高层商办楼基础底板混凝土的施工,针对水化热过高易导致混凝土开裂的问题,从原材料配合比、保温层验算、全过程温度控制、施工措施等方面阐述了厚大混凝土基础底板的施工技术。利用混凝土浇筑后的现场温度测量结果,对大体积混凝土实施了动态保温养护。 Abstract: Combined with construction of a high-rise office building concrete foundation slab, in order to avoid the high hydration heat leading to concrete cracking, from the aspects such as raw material mix ratio, heat preservation layer calculation, temperature control and construction measures, the construction technology of mass concrete thick foundation slab is discussed. By the spot temperature measurement results, the dynamic temperature maintenance for mass concrete slab is carrying out.

摘 要:结合甘肃地区首次应用高强钢纤维泵送混凝土的实际工程,介绍了用粉煤灰、矿粉双掺配制C60钢纤维泵送混凝土的技术关键,并通过优化配合比,解决了该混凝土粘度与可泵性的矛盾。 Abstract: Comparing with the practical engineering of high strength pumping steel fiber reinforced concrete applied in Gansu area at first time, the technical key points of preparing C60 pumping steel fiber reinforced concrete with fly ash and slag powder are introduced. Through optimizing the mix proportion, the contradiction between the viscosity and pumping ability of concrete is solved.

摘 要:研究了陶粒掺量、陶砂掺量、水泥用量对陶粒泡沫混凝土强度、表观密度的影响。通过三水平三因素正交设计方法确定了各组分的最佳掺量。研究结果表明,配制陶粒泡沫混凝土时,陶粒掺量、水泥用量都有其最佳值;陶砂的掺入降低了该种混凝土的强度以及比强;从综合成本和材料比强考虑,水泥用量不宜过多。 Abstract: The effects of ceramisite dosage, ceramic sand content and cement content on the strength and bulk density are studied. The optimum quantity of each composition is determined by three factors on three levels. The research results prove that when mixing ceramisite foamed concrete, both ceramisite dosage and cement content have their best quantity. The addition of ceramic sand reduces the strength and specific strength of concrete, and cement quantity is unfavorably overmuch from the points of both comprehensive costs and materials’ specific strength.

摘 要:通过改变激发剂掺量,分析研究了碱矿渣粉煤灰混凝土的凝结时间、抗压强度、耐腐蚀等主要性能。在此基础上,使用悬辊法制管工艺生产了耐腐蚀混凝土排水管,并对其性能进行了检验。检验结果表明,所制备的混凝土排水管的各项性能都符合要求,且具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。 Abstract:Through changing the dosage of activator, the main performances of alkali slag fly ash concrete such as the setting time, compressive strength, corrosion resistance etc. are analyzed and studied. Meanwhile, based on the study, anti-corrosion concrete drainage pipes are made by using suspension roller production process of pipes, and the performances of the pipes are tested. The text results indicate that all performances of the concrete drainage pipes can meet the requirements of related standards, and its anti-corrosion performance is better.

摘 要:对攀钢高钛型高炉渣生产实心砖和混凝土空心砌块的可行性进行了研究。研究结果表明,石灰、煅烧石膏、粉煤灰混合掺入时对高钛型高炉渣的活性激发效果最好。微观分析也证明此时高钛型高炉渣积极地参与了反应。在此基础上获得了用于开发高钛型高炉渣实心砖和混凝土空心砌块所用胶结料的最优配合比,用该胶结料可以生产强度达MU10的实心砖和空心率为50%、强度达MU10以上的混凝土空心砌块。 Abstract: The availability of activating the activity of titanium bearing slag (TBS) and using it to produce new wall materials are studied. The test results show that the gypsum has good activating effect to TBS, but when burned gypsum and fly ash incorporated together, the activating effect is better than the former. The microstructure analysis confirms that in this case, the TBS actively takes part in chemical reaction. The optimum mix proportion of the binder is obtained. Using this binder, the bricks and concrete hollow blocks with strength of MU10 can be successfully produced.
