摘 要:采用机械搅拌方式对旧混凝土骨料表面进行了处理,研究了经表面处理后的旧骨料对道路基层干燥收缩的影响。结果表明,经过表面处理后,旧混凝土骨料表面变得光滑,吸水率降低。经表面处理的旧混凝土骨料能够增大基层的强度,并明显降低基层的干燥收缩。与未处理的旧混凝土骨料基层相比,采用500转搅拌处理的旧混凝土骨料基层的7 d无侧限抗压强度增长了18.4%,27 d总收缩量和总失水率分别降低了20.7%和13.4%。
Abstract: The surface of recycled concrete aggregate was treated by mechanical agitation method, and the effect of recycled concrete aggregate after surface treatment on the drying shrinkage of road base was studied. The results show that the surface of recycled concrete aggregate becomes smooth and the water absorption rate decreases after surface treatment. The recycled concrete aggregate after surface treatment can increase the strength and significantly reduce the drying shrinkage of the road base. Compared with the untreated recycled concrete aggregate base, the 7 d unconstrained compressive strength of recycled concrete aggregate base treated by 500 revolutions increases by 18.4%, and the total shrinkage and total water loss rate of 27 d decrease by 20.7% and 13.4%.
