摘 要:采用界面破坏模型分析法和斜剪黏结强度法对比研究了碱式硫酸镁水泥基与硅酸盐水泥的树脂透光混凝土的强度损失率。研究结果表明,碱式硫酸镁水泥基树脂透光混凝土的28 d抗压强度损失率为19.9%,水泥砂浆与树脂界面7 d斜剪试验强度为6.8 MPa;硅酸盐水泥基透光混凝土的28 d抗压强度损失率为41.3%,水泥砂浆与树脂界面7 d斜剪试验强度为6.1 MPa。碱式硫酸镁水泥在界面结合方面表现更优。
Abstract: The interface failure model analysis and oblique shear bond strength method were used to compare the compressive strength loss rate of resin transparent concrete with basic magnesium sulfate cement and portland cement. The results show that the 28 d compressive strength loss rate of basic magnesium sulfate cement-based resin transparent concrete is 19.9%, the 7 d oblique shear strength of the interface of cement matrix and resin is 6.8 MPa, and the 28 d compressive strength loss rate of portland cement-based transparent concrete is 41.3%, the 7 d oblique shear strength of the interface of cement matrix and resin is 6.1 MPa. Thus, basic magnesium sulfate cement has better performance in interface bonding.
