摘 要:基于正交试验,以陶瓷再生粗砂、特细砂、普通水泥和粉煤灰制备再生砂浆,研究了陶瓷再生粗砂取代率、水胶比和粉煤灰取代率对砂浆抗折强度的影响,通过极差和方差分析得出了各因素的影响主次顺序和优选方案,并进行了机理分析。 Abstract: The recycled mortar is prepared from recycled ceramic coarse sand, super-fine sand, ordinary Portland cement and fly ash. Based on the orthogonal experiment, the effects of the recycled aggregate replacement ratio, the water-binder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio on the flexural strength of the mortar are investigated. The sequences of factors and the optimum design are obtained by means of range analysis and variance analysis, and the mechanism is analyzed.

摘 要:通过试验分析了水胶比、玻璃粉、养护条件对超高性能水泥基材料抗压强度的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)来探究玻璃粉对硬化浆体微观形貌及水化产物影响的微观机理。试验结果表明,超高性能水泥基材料的强度随水胶比的减小而增大;玻璃粉掺入超高性能水泥基材料中,不仅具有填充作用,还能发生火山灰反应,进而改善超高性能水泥基材料的微结构,提高其性能;高温蒸养可显著提高超高性能水泥基材料的强度。 Abstract: The effects of water-binder ratio, glass powder and curing condition on the compressive strength of ultra-high performance cement-based materials are studied by a lot of tests, and its microscopic mechanism of effects of glass powder on the micro-morphology of hardened paste and hydration products is investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The testing results show that the strength of ultra-high performance cement-based material increases with the decrease of water-binder ratio. The glass powder has filling effect and pozzolanic effect which can be used as admixtures, and it can improve microstructure and properties of ultra-high performance cement-based materials. And the high temperature steam curing can obviously improve its strength.

摘 要:采用继效流动理论分析了洪泽文化中心框架结构在温度变化及混凝土收缩情况下的徐变。通过实验结果及理论结果对比,发现以继效流动理论为基础计算回字形框架结构的应变是一种可行的方法,计算结果与实验结果相近。 Abstract: The creeping of Hongze culture center frame structure under temperature change and concrete shrinkage is analyzed by using the elastic continuation and plastic flow theory. The experimental results and theoretical results show that the elastic continuation and plastic flow theory is feasible to calculate the strain of rectangular-ambulatory-plane frame structure, and the calculation results are similar to the experimental results.

摘 要:设计了一种测量约束状态下混凝土收缩应力的新方法,该方法可以定量计算出混凝土内部产生的收缩应力;对比研究了约束状态下橡胶混凝土板与普通混凝土板早期的内部应力变化。结果表明:虽然橡胶混凝土的自由干燥收缩值比普通混凝土大得多,但无论在室内环境还是室外环境,橡胶混凝土板的收缩应力均低于普通混凝土板,这是由于橡胶混凝土的弹性模量较低,有利于缓解混凝土内部的应力集中。 Abstract: A new method to measure the shrinkage stress of concrete under restrained condition is designed, by which the shrinkage stress developed inside concrete can be calculated quantitatively. The current investigation aims to compare the internal stress evolution of restrained rubber concrete slab and ordinary concrete slab at early ages. The results show that the internal shrinkage stress developed in restrained rubber concrete slab is lower than that in ordinary concrete slab, whether in the indoor environment or outdoor environment, although the free dry shrinkage of the former is higher than that of the latter, which is due to the lower elastic modulus of rubber concrete helping abate the internal stress concentration of concrete.

摘 要:为了明确预应力筋的布置形式对UPC梁受弯性能的影响,设计了6片UPC梁,通过静载试验对比分析了两种不同预应力筋布置形式下UPC梁的受弯性能。研究表明,预应力筋的布置形式对UPC梁的极限承载力、极限应力增量、挠度和裂缝开展及分布均有影响;HRB500级高强钢筋作为非预应力筋可提高UPC梁的极限承载力和极限应力增量。 Abstract: In order to figure out the effect of the layout of the prestressed steels on the bending property of UPC beams, six UPC beams are designed, and the effects of two different layouts of the prestressed steels on the bending property of UPC beams are compared and analyzed by the static load test. The test results show that the layout of the prestressed steels can impact the ultimate bearing capacity, ultimate stress increment, deflection and cracks of UPC beams. As non-prestressed steels, the HRB500 steels can improve the ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate stress increment of UPC beams.

摘 要:以弹性理论为基础,推导了均布荷载作用下压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板的挠曲微分方程,分析得到了考虑滑移影响的压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板挠度计算公式,提出了考虑滑移效应影响的压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板的刚度折减系数,分析了各设计参数对刚度折减系数的影响规律,并进行了18块足尺寸压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板的试验验证工作。分析结果表明,挠度的理论计算值与试验实测值之比的平均值为0.97,变异系数为0.14,两者吻合较好。 Abstract: The flexure differential equation of composite slabs with profiled steel sheeting under uniformly distributed load is deduced, and the deflection formula considering slip effect is obtained based on the elastic theory. The reduction coefficient of rigidity is proposed and the influence law of the design parameters on the reduction coefficient of rigidity is analyzed. Finally, the experimental verification of 18 composite slabs with profiled steel sheeting is conducted. The results show that the calculation value is consistent with the theoretical value of deflection, the average value of the ratios is 0.97, and the variation coefficient is 0.14.

摘 要:根据空间壳体力学原理,通过模型试验研究了聚丙烯纤维混凝土钢筋网壳的力学性能及复合衬砌的变形、破坏形态与发展规律。该支护体系的应用,实现了三维钢筋支架与混凝土力学特性在深井破碎性软岩巷道支护中的复杂应力的转化效应,从而达到对深部巷道围岩稳定的控制目标,能有效地支护高地压大变形巷道、跨采动压巷道、冲击地压巷道以及大断面硐室等。 Abstract: According to the principles of mechanics of three-dimensional shell, through the model test, the mechanical properties of reinforced net shell of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and the deformation of the composite lining, the destruction morphology and the regularity of its development are studied. The application of the support system can achieve the transformation effect of the complex stress between a bracket of three-dimensional reinforced concrete and the mechanical properties in the deep well broken soft rock roadway support, so as to achieve the control objective of the stability of the deep roadway surrounding rock. And it can effectively support the high ground pressure large deformation roadway, cross-mining dynamic pressure roadway, rock burst roadway as well as the large cross section chamber.

摘 要:分析了PVA纤维水泥基复合材料在盐冻环境下的损伤原理及特性,以快速盐冻试验下实测数据为基础,验证了基于损伤原理提出的混凝土冻融抛物损伤模型,并基于抛物模型对盐冻环境下PVA纤维水泥基复合材料进行了寿命预测。 Abstract: The damage principles and characteristics of the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber cementitious composite material under salt frozen environment are analyzed. Based on measured data of frozen test, the concrete freezing-thaw parabola damage model is verified by damage principles. Furthermore, it makes the life prediction aimed at the PVA fiber cementitious composite material under salt frozen environment based on the parabola model.
