摘 要:通过5个钢筋ECC柱和1个钢筋混凝土柱在压-弯-剪-扭复合应力状态下的单调受扭试验,研究了构件的破坏形态、延性系数、扭矩-扭率(T-θ)曲线,分析了纤维掺量、纵筋配筋率、箍筋间距对钢筋ECC柱受扭性能的影响。试验结果表明,在复合受扭作用下,6个试件均为受扭破坏,其中5个钢筋ECC柱的裂缝细而密;增加纤维和减少箍筋间距可以提高试件延性,掺入PVA纤维的试件延性明显优于普通钢筋混凝土柱;5个钢筋ECC柱的扭矩-扭率(T-θ)曲线更为饱满,破坏阶段扭矩下降缓慢,受扭承载力高。
Abstract: Through the monotonous twisting test of 5 reinforced ECC columns and 1 reinforced concrete column under pressure-bend-shear-twisting compound stress, the destructive form, duction coefficient, torque T-θ ratio of the components were studied, and the influence of fiber doping, rib banding rate and hoop spacing on the twisting performance of the rebar ECC column was analyzed. The test results show that under the compound twisting action, 6 test pieces are twisted and destroyed, and 5 of them reinforced ECC columns have fine and dense cracks. Increasing fiber and reducing the spacing of the hoops can improve the elongation of the test piece, and the ductility of the PVA fiber test piece is obviously better than that of the ordinary reinforced concrete column. The torque T-twisting curve of the 5 rebar ECC columns is fuller and has a high carrying capacity, resulting in a slow drop in torque during the destruction phase.
