摘 要：介绍了白色清水预制混凝土构件（PC构件）的原材料选用、配合比设计、构件制作要点和脱模制度，研究了成品保护及破损修补方法，实现了对白色清水PC构件制作、储运、修补全过程外观质量的有效控制。Abstract:Thekeyproductiontechnologyofthewhiteprefabricatedconcretecomponentsisintroducedastheselectionofrawmaterials,thedeterminationofmixproportion，themethodofmakingcomponentsanddemouldingprocedure,andtheprotectionofthefinishedproductsandthemethodsofrepairingthedamagearestudied.Theapparentqualitycontrolmethodsintheprocessofmaking,storageandtransportationofwhiteprefabricatedconcretecomponentsarerealized.

摘  要：介绍了白色清水预制混凝土构件（PC构件）的原材料选用、配合比设计、构件制作要点和脱模制度，研究了成品保护及破损修补方法，实现了对白色清水PC构件制作、储运、修补全过程外观质量的有效控制。

Abstract: The key production technology of the white prefabricated concrete components is introduced as the selection of raw materials, the determination of mix proportion， the method of making components and demoulding procedure, and the protection of the finished products and the methods of repairing the damage are studied. The apparent quality control methods in the process of making, storage and transportation of white prefabricated concrete components are realized.

（1）对混凝土原材料的选择和控制，直接影响白色混凝土的白度及工作性。合理的石英砂粒径配比有利于改善混凝土工作性。
（2）白色清水PC构件外观质量受外界因素影响较大，重视制作过程中的各个环节和细节，是解决外观质量及构件间色差问题的关键。
（3）脱模后对构件进行的保护能有效解决运输和存储过程中的污染和损坏问题，措施包括表面覆膜、边角包裹、防护剂喷涂等。
（4）以传统运输方式运输白色清水PC构件易造成破损，使用带有减振设备的专用搁置架能有效减少这类问题。
      （5）使用环氧树脂粘接混凝土破损缺块，能有效解决修复后出现明显色差的问题的发生。
