摘 要:利用经过破碎处理后的废弃混凝土制备了再生混凝土,对比分析了再生混凝土和普通混凝土的力学性能和工作性,探讨了再生混凝土在建筑工程中的应用前景。同时,采用CFRP筋代替混凝土梁中的部分受力钢筋和箍筋,研究了氯离子腐蚀环境下,浸泡时间对CFRP再生混凝土梁开裂弯矩的影响。结果表明,再生混凝土的力学性能和工作性均能满足要求;使用CFRP筋代替部分受力钢筋和箍筋,对于提高再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩有明显效果;CFRP筋再生混凝土梁的抗氯离子侵蚀能力较好。
Abstract: Recycled concrete was prepared from the waste concrete after crushing treatment, and the mechanical properties and workability of recycled concrete and ordinary concrete were compared and analyzed, and the application prospects of recycled concrete in construction engineering were discussed. At the same time, CFRP bars were used to replace some of the ordinary stressed steel bars and stirrups in reinforced concrete beams, and the effect of immersion time on cracking moment of recycled concrete beam in chloride corrosion environment was studied. The results show that the mechanical properties and workability of recycled concrete can meet the requirements. The recycled concrete beam prepared by using CFRP bars instead of some stressed steel bars and stirrups has obvious effect on improving the cracking moment of the beam. The resistance to chloride ion erosion of recycled concrete beams with CFRP bars is better.
