摘 要:通过单因素控制变量试验,研究了预应力筋张拉控制应力与分布情况对部分预应力混凝土叠合板底板变形与抗裂性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着张拉控制应力与预应力筋分布根数的增加,叠合板底板挠度降低,抗裂性能得到极大改善。当预应力筋张拉根数为7根时,张拉控制应力从0.4fptk递增至0.7fptk,构件挠度降低了22.1%,裂缝最大宽度降低幅度可达50.0%。
Abstract: Through single variable-controlled test, the effects of the tension control stress and the distribution of prestressed tendon on the deformation and crack resistance of partially prestressed concrete composite slabs were studied. The results show that with the increase of the tension control stress and the number of prestressed tendons, the deflection of composite slab can be decreased, meanwhile its crack resistance is greatly improved. When the number of prestressed tendons is 7, the tension control stress progressively increases from 0.4fptk to 0.7fptk, and the deflection of components are decreased by 22.1%, and the decreasing range of maximal breadth of crack is able to reach 50.0%.
