摘 要:对框架-核心筒结构体系楼盖进行了简化计算以及分析。结合中国规范,对一个10 m×9 m范围内的区格进行不同结构形式的布置,包括混凝土结构以及钢-混组合结构,其中钢-混组合结构包括了压型钢板、钢筋桁架楼承板与钢梁的组合;采用固定的梁系布置,对不同楼盖结构形式的梁板进行了材料成本统计,考虑施工工期的影响,通过换算成时间成本综合考察了各结构形式的优劣。
Abstract: The simplified calculation and analysis of floor system of frame-tube structures are carried out, and the floor systems of concrete structure and steel-concrete composite structure are designed according to the Chinese standard, in which the steel-concrete composite structure includes the combination of composite slabs, steel-bars truss decks and steel beams. The column grids of floor systems are 10 m×9 m, which adopts different structure types and constant arrangement of secondary beams. The material cost statistics are carried out for beams and slabs of different floor structures, and the effect of construction period is taken into account, and the merits and demerits of different structural types of floor systems are comprehensively investigated by conversion into time cost.
