摘 要:总结了国内外3D打印混凝土力学性能的试验方法,介绍和比较了3D打印混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、层间结合强度、劈拉强度、抗拉强度和弹性模量试验方法,提出了为规范3D打印混凝土的力学性能制定3D打印混凝土力学性能试验方法相关标准的必要性。 3D printing concrete technology is a research hotspot in the field of building materials. The test methods of mechanical properties of 3D printing concrete in the world are summarized. The test methods for the compressive strength, flexural strength, interlayer bonding strength, splitting tensile strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus of 3D printing concrete are described in detail. It is necessary to develop a standard test method for mechanical properties of 3D printing concrete.

Abstract: 3D printing concrete technology is a research hotspot in the field of building materials. The test methods of mechanical properties of 3D printing concrete in the world are summarized. The test methods for the compressive strength, flexural strength, interlayer bonding strength, splitting tensile strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus of 3D printing concrete are described in detail. It is necessary to develop a standard test method for mechanical properties of 3D printing concrete.

目前针对3D打印混凝土的力学性能研究尚不系统,各国学者与研究机构使用3D打印混凝土的力学性能试验方法各不相同。试件的尺寸、方法大多遵循普通混凝土力学性能的试验方法进行,但3D打印混凝土层与层之间存在界面,使得3D打印混凝土材料的力学性能呈现各向异性,因此,需要针对3D打印混凝土的成型特点,制定适用于3D打印混凝土力学性能测试的标准。3D打印混凝土力学性能试验标准的制定将有利于行业的规范化发展。
