摘 要:分别以30%、40%、50%和60%的铁矿尾矿细砂取代天然砂,并复掺矿渣微粉和粉煤灰,配制了C20、C30和C40预拌混凝土,试验研究了混凝土和易性、强度和抗氯离子渗透性等性能。结果表明,以30%、40%和50%铁矿尾矿细砂取代天然砂的各强度等级混凝土和易性均能满足要求;在60%取代率时,混凝土和易性较差,但强度仍能满足要求;50%取代率时,混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力与基准混凝土相当。 Abstract: Using iron ore tailings sand (OTS) in the ratios of 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% to substitute natural sands, and adding tiny slag powder and fly ash, the ready-mixed concrete with strengths of C20, C30 and C40 are prepared. The properties such as workability, strength and chloride ion permeability resistance of concrete are studied. The results indicate that with the OTS substitution ratio of 30%, 40% and 50%, these OTS-based concrete can meet the workability requirement. With the substitution ratio at 60%, its workability is relatively poor while its strength still meets the requirement. With the substitution ratio at 50%, the OTS-based concrete has the similar chloride ion permeability resistance to the normal concrete.

Through the unit revamping, the complicated unit coefficient is reduced, and the whole cost for the machine and the maintenance cost are both greatly decreased.

摘 要:通过汶川和玉树两次地震的震害统计,分析了造成巨大人员伤亡和财产损失的原因,对我国广大农村房屋的抗震设防提出了采用基础滑移隔震技术的建议。基础摩擦滑移隔震技术较为成熟、造价低廉、简单易行,较适用于量大面广的村镇房屋建设。最后,对基础滑移隔震技术进行了探讨与应用前景的展望。 Abstract: Based on the seismic damage statistics in Wenchuan and Yushu earthquake, the reasons of caused so enormous personnel casualties and property losses are analyzed, and some suggestions of seismic fortification in the rural houses are proposed. Sliding base-isolation technique is mature, cheap and easy to do, more suitable for enormous quantity of housing construction villages. Finally, the friction sliding base-isolation technique is discussed and the development in the future is prospected.

摘 要:某框架剪力墙结构工程初期施工中,出现了楼板对角裂缝和跨中裂缝。经从结构、构造和施工多方面分析,主要是因板的抗裂能力不足引起的。后续施工中,采取在楼板上部加配双向抗裂构造钢筋网片、调整混凝土组分材料和配合比、改善混凝土性能的综合措施,成功解决了问题。 Abstract: Some floor diagonal cracks and mid-span cracks appeared in initial construction period of a frame-shear wall structure. By comprehensively analyzing from structure to construction, the crack is caused by the deficiency of crack resistance capacity of the floor. Then, the following measures are taken: such as configuration of bidirectional crack resistance reinforced, adjustment of components materials and mix proportion of the concrete, improvement of the concrete characteristics. The crack problem is resolved successfully.

摘 要:通过4片自密实混凝土保温复合剪力墙受力性能的试验研究,其中第一组为平面外受弯试件,第二组为受剪试件,研究垂直插筋和水平斜插筋对自密实混凝土保温复合剪力墙受力性能的影响,对比分析了自密实混凝土保温复合剪力墙的破坏特征、承载力、刚度及插筋的受力性能等。试验结果表明,垂直插筋和水平斜插形式下的自密实混凝土保温复合剪力墙均具有良好的受力性能,能满足承载力和刚度要求。与水平斜插筋相比,垂直插筋能更好地协调和约束两侧自密实混凝土的变形,使试件具有更高的承载能力和刚度。 Abstract: In order to research the effect of vertical inserted-steel and horizontal inserted-steel on mechanical behavior of self-compacting concrete insulation composite shearing wall, the shearing walls are tested based on the experiment and analysis of 2 groups of 4 specimens, in which the first group is bending specimens and the second group is shearing specimens. And the damage characteristic, bearing capacity, rigidity and stress of inserted-steel of self-compacting concrete insulation composite shearing wall are compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the self-compacting concrete insulation composite shearing wall with two inserted steel forms all have good mechanical behavior to meet the requirements for bearing capacity and rigidity. Compared with the specimens with horizontal inserted-steel, vertical inserted-steel can better coordinate the deformation of two sides of self-compacting concrete, which makes specimens have higher bearing capacity and rigidity.

摘 要:分别以泡沫混凝土保温板和改性酚醛保温板作为预制夹芯保温复合外墙的夹芯保温层材料,对夹芯保温复合外墙的内部冷凝问题进行了理论计算,结果表明,在夏热冬冷地区墙体构造为60mm钢筋混凝土+70mm泡沫混凝土+60mm钢筋混凝土的夹芯保温复合外墙内部存在冷凝问题,但泡沫混凝土保温层因内部冷凝受潮而增加的湿度增量在允许范围之内,所产生的冷凝水数量不会对结构造成损害;而墙体构造为60mm钢筋混凝土+40mm改性酚醛保温板+60mm钢筋混凝土的夹芯保温复合外墙内部则不存在冷凝问题。 Abstract: The internal condensation conditions in sandwich insulation composite wall with foamed concrete or modified phenolic thermal insulation board are studied. The results show that in hot summer and cold winter area, there isn’t an internal condensation problem in sandwich insulation composite wall with the structure of reinforced concrete 60mm + modified phenolic insulation board 40mm + reinforced concrete 60mm. But there is an internal condensation problem in sandwich insulation composite wall with the structure of reinforced concrete 60mm + foamed concrete 70mm + reinforced concrete 60mm. The quantity of internal condensation water in foamed concrete is in allowable range, which won’t cause damage to the structure.

摘  要:依据现行标准,对不同纤维掺量的改性纤维水泥混凝土试件进行了早期收缩开裂试验。结果表明,纤维的加入可缓解和抑制水泥混凝土试件早期塑性收缩裂缝的产生和发展,减少并细化裂缝,且随纤维掺量的增加,这种效果更加明显。Abstract:Accordingtothecurrentstandards,theearlyageshrinkageandcrackingtestsforthemodifiedfiberreinforcedcementconcretesampleswithdifferentfiberdosagesarecarriedout.Theresultsindicatethataddingthefibercanreliefandinhibittheearlyageplasticshrinkagecracksofcementconcretesamples,decreaseandthinthecracks,andwiththeincreaseoffiberdosage,thiseffectismoreobvious.

摘 要:研究了高弹模聚乙烯醇纤维和低弹模聚丙烯纤维及其共同作用对混凝土力学性能和早期抗裂性能的影响,同时研究了混杂纤维、减缩剂及两者复掺对混凝土早期塑性收缩和干燥收缩的影响,讨论了复掺纤维和减缩剂对混凝土抗裂和收缩性能的作用机理。结果表明,纤维可明显提高混凝土的力学性能,改善抗裂能力,其中混杂纤维的效果要优于单一种类的纤维;减缩剂可显著降低混凝土塑性和干燥收缩,但与纤维复掺时作用效果稍有降低,需要采取适当措施保证纤维混凝土中减缩剂作用的发挥。 Abstract: The influences of polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polypropylene fiber and hybrid fibers on the mechanical property and early age crack resistance of concrete are investigated. Meanwhile, the combined effects of fibers and shrinkage-reducing agent on the plastic and dry shrinkage of concrete are studied. The mechanism of combined effects of fibers and shrinkage-reducing agent on crack resistance and shrinkage reduction of concrete is discussed. The results indicate that the mechanical property and crack resistance are obviously improved by fibers, and hybrid fibers have better effect than any other single kind fiber. The plastic and dry shrinkage of concrete are evidently reduced by shrinkage-reducing agent. When combined with fiber, the effect of shrinkage-reducing agent slightly decreases. The adequate measures are taken to ensure the normal effect of shrinkage-reducing agent in fiber reinforced concrete.
