摘 要:通过正交试验分析了胶砂比、胶材组成、速凝剂掺量、聚合物掺量对某种古建筑修复用的聚合物砂浆的抗压强度、压折强度比、收缩率和拉伸黏结强度等宏观性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察和压汞试验分析了该种聚合物砂浆的微观形貌和孔隙特征,得出了修复砂浆的优化配合比,验证了其总体性能的优越性。
Abstract: The effects of binder-sand ratio, the composition of the cementitious binder, the content of accelerator and polymer powder on the compressive strength, the ratio of compression strength and flexure strength, shrinkage and tensile bond strength of the polymer mortar for ancient building maintenance were studied through orthogonal experiment. The morphology and the porosity of the hardened mortar were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP). The optimized mix proportion of the polymer mortar was obtained and its satisfactory performance was proved.
