摘 要:从石灰石粉对C3S、C3A和水泥混凝土水化影响方面入手,阐述了水泥-石灰石粉胶凝体系的水化特性,并在此基础上,进一步从石灰石粉对水泥基材料流变性、强度、尺寸稳定性、耐久性的影响等方面,综述了水泥-石灰石粉胶凝材料的国内外研究现状。针对现有水泥-石灰石粉基材料研究存在的问题,探讨了全面、系统研究水泥-石灰石粉胶凝体系的重要性。 Abstract: The hydration characteristic of cement-limestone power cementitious system is described based on the effect of limestone power on the hydration of C3S, C3A and cement concrete. On the basis of above all, the research status at home and abroad of the cement-limestone power cementitious material is summarized from the influences of limestone power on the rheology, strength, dimensional stability and durability of cement-based materials. Aiming at the problems of the present limestone powder cement-based material research, the importance of completely and systematically studying the cement-limestone power cementitious system is discussed.

摘 要:在全球面临能源日益枯竭、环境严重污染、气候不断恶化的今天,全社会各行各业都应发展低碳经济。商品混凝土行业向低碳化发展亦是大势所趋。通过调研,提出了商品混凝土行业低碳化发展的十个具体途径。 Abstract: Nowadays, the problems such as energy exhaustion, environment pollution and ?climatic deterioration, the low carbon economy should be developed in all the industries. And the ready-mixed concrete industry should also be developed into the low carbon industry. Through the investigation, the ten measures for the ready-mixed concrete industry developed into the low carbon industry are proposed.

摘 要:探讨了排水管钢筋骨架滚焊机生产范围划分的合理性,从理论上分析了合理调节焊接参数在滚焊机使用过程中的重要性,列举了滚焊机常见故障的排除方法和节能降耗的具体措施,探讨了造成钢筋骨架不合格的原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。 Abstract: How to rationally divide the production scope of reinforced skeleton frame roll welders for drainage pipes is discussed. The importance of reasonably adjusting the welding parameters in the process of using roll welders is theoretically analyzed. Meanwhile, the solving methods of common stoppages of roll welders and measures of energy saving are listed. In addition, the reasons why reinforced skeleton frames are unqualified are discussed, and relevant solving ways are put forward.

摘 要:通过大量文献资料的研究与对比分析,对预应力混凝土结构火灾的研究现状进行了综述,包括高温(火灾)条件下预应力钢筋和预应力混凝土结构退化规律试验研究现状、温度场的计算、构件承载力计算以及防火和灾后处理等,展望了今后的研究方向。 Abstract: Based on the comparative and analytical investigation on large number of research references, the research summarization on fire-resistant performance of the prestressed concrete structures is carried out, which includes the study status of the deterioration law of prestressed reinforcement and prestressed concrete structure at high temperature condition, the calculation of the temperature field, the calculation of loading capacity of structure members, fire prevention and the treatment of post-disaster, etc. And the future research directions are prospected.

摘 要:参照普通混凝土配合比设计方法配制再生粗骨料混凝土,采用相同尺寸和配筋率制作了6根再生混凝土简支梁和2根普通混凝土简支梁,进行静力加载试验。结果再生粗骨料取代率为30%时,再生混凝土梁的极限弯矩最大。用普通混凝土公式计算再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩时,当再生粗骨料取代率大于50%时,建议修正系数取0.7;用普通混凝土公式计算再生混凝土梁正截面的极限承载力时,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。 Abstract: Recycled coarse aggregate concrete is prepared based on the mix ratio design method of normal concrete. And 6 recycled aggregate concrete beams and 2 natural aggregate concrete beams with the same section size and same percentage of reinforcement are prepared, and the static loading test is carried out. The results show that the ultimate bending moment of recycled aggregate concrete beams is the largest when the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates is 30%. The correction coefficient is suggested to take 0.7 when the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregates is more than 50% and when the cracking moment of recycled aggregate concrete beams is calculated by ordinary concrete formula. It is still feasible to calculate the ultimate loading capacity of normal section of recycled aggregate concrete beams with ordinary concrete formula.

摘 要:利用燃煤电厂烟气脱硫所产的脱硫石膏制备的β型脱硫建筑石膏,在组分复合改性提高强度和耐水性的基础上,探讨了不同养护制度对脱硫建筑石膏复合改性砌块抗压强度的影响。结果表明:当β型脱硫建筑石膏、生石灰、水泥、粉煤灰在58%:14%:12%:16%的配合比下,可以使复合改性脱硫石膏基胶凝材料的抗压强度和软化系数明显提高,分别达到18.7MPa和 0.7;在湿热养护条件下,养护温度为75℃、养护湿度为95、养护时间为12h的条件下,脱硫石膏复合改性砌块性能表现良好,14d抗压强度达到19.8MPa,可以基本满足建筑墙体材料的要求。 Abstract: Using the β-desulfurization building gypsum prepared from calcined gypsum from flue gas desulfurization (FGD), based on the components compound modification to improve the strength and water resistance of blocks, the influences of the different maintenance systems on the compressive strength of the desulfurization building gypsum compound modification blocks are investigated. The results show that the compressive strength and softening coefficient of the cementitious material with compound modification calcined gypsum from FGD have greatly improved by mixing with fly ash, lime, and cement. When the mix ratio ofβ-desulfurization building gypsum, lime, cement, fly ash is 58%: 14%: 12%: 16%, the compressive strength and softening coefficient can reach to 18.7MPa and 0.7 respectively. In the hot and humid maintenance condition, with the maintenance temperature 75℃, humidity 95 and maintenance time 12 h, the performance of the desulfurization gypsum compound modification blocks is good, and the 14d compressive strength gets to 19.8MPa, which can basically meet the requirement of building wall materials.

摘 要:在石墨水泥基材料中掺入低电阻率且具有阻裂功能的短切碳纤维可以提高材料的导电性能。试验研究了环境温度、碳纤维长度及组合长度碳纤维等对石墨水泥基材料电阻率的影响。结果表明,碳纤维可以改善石墨水泥基材料的性能,组合长度碳纤维的掺入有利于材料导电网络的形成。 Abstract: Mixed graphite cement-based materials with short-cut carbon fiber with low resistivity and crack resistance function can improve the conductive performance of materials. The effects of the ambient temperature, fiber length and composite length of carbon fiber on material resistivity are studied through tests. The results show that the carbon fiber can improve the performances of graphite cement-based materials and the composite length of carbon fiber is beneficial to the formation of conductive network of materials.

摘 要:为了研究橡胶粉和纤维不同掺量协同作用对路用混凝土的抗折强度和延性等力学性能的影响,进行了22组试验,分别对基准混凝土、橡胶粉混凝土和橡胶粉纤维混凝土进行了抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂强度试验。试验结果表明,橡胶粉-纤维可改善路用混凝土的韧性,对于60目橡胶粉+10mm纤维混凝土,橡胶粉掺量控制在6%以内,纤维掺量控制在0.5%以内为佳;对于60目橡胶粉+20mm纤维混凝土,橡胶掺量控制在2%以内,纤维掺量控制在0.5%以内为佳。 Abstract: In order to investigate the influences of the synergistic reaction between fiber and rubber powder on flexural strength and extension of concrete used in subgrade, 22 groups test are conducted, which include compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting strength of standard concrete, rubber concrete and fiber-rubber concrete. The results show that in order to improve the toughness of fiber-rubber concrete, for 60 mesh rubber powder+10mm fiber concrete, the content of rubber should be controlled by less than 6%, and the content of fiber should be controlled by less than 0.5%; and for 60 mesh rubber powder+20mm fiber concrete, the appropriate content of rubber is less than 2% and the content of fiber is less than 0.5%.

摘 要:为研究高强钢筋聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁在集中荷载作用下的受弯性能,对6根掺量不同的聚丙烯纤维矩形截面梁进行了试验研究,对比分析了高强钢筋聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁的受弯承载力、正常使用阶段的裂缝宽度及变形。结果表明,高强钢筋聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁受力性能和普通钢筋混凝土梁相同;高强钢筋聚丙烯纤维混凝土梁的受弯承载力、挠度及裂缝宽度均可以按照现行GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中相关公式计算。 Abstract: In order to investigate the bending behavior of polypropylene fiber concrete beam with high strength steel bars, 6 rectangular section beams with different dosages of polypropylene fiber are tested. The bending capacity, crack width and deformation of polypropylene fiber concrete beams reinforced with high strength steel bar are analyzed. The results show that the mechanical property of polypropylene fiber concrete beams reinforced with high strength steel bar is the same as the common reinforced concrete beams. The bending capacity, deflection and crack width of polypropylene fiber concrete beams reinforced with high strength steel bar can still be calculated according to GB50010-2010 .
