摘 要:基于红外热成像技术,利用混凝土入模温差,对检测钢管混凝土密实性进行试验研究。利用水代替混凝土作为入模材料,分别在入模温差为15℃、8℃、5℃情况下对不同大小缺陷进行检测。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对水和混凝土不同入模温差下钢管横截面温差进行对比分析。结果表明,利用混凝土入模温差可以清晰的辨别出10cm×10cm,厚1cm的大缺陷,而对于5cm×5cm,厚1cm的小缺陷可在最初时刻观测到,但边界相对模糊。
Abstract: Based on thermal imaging technology and the temperature difference between the concrete and the mold, the experimental study on the compactness of the steel tube concrete is carried out. By using water instead of concrete as the molding material, different size defects of concrete are detected under the condition of the mold temperature difference of 15℃, 8℃, 5℃. By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the temperature difference of the cross section of the steel pipe under mold temperature difference between water and concrete is analyzed, the results show that using the mold temperature difference of the concrete can clearly identify the 10cm ×10cm, thick 1cm of large defects, and for 5cm×5cm, small defects in thick 1cm can be observed at the beginning, but the border is relatively vague.
