摘 要:针对JGJ 253—2011《无机轻集料砂浆保温系统技术规程》中涉及抗裂砂浆检测方法存在的一些不明确之处,通过正交试验分析研究检测过程中搅拌方式、涂抹厚度、拆型框时机和覆膜方式等因素对抗裂砂浆性能的影响程度,优化原有检测方法,并提出相应的建议,以确保无机轻集料保温系统中抗裂砂浆检测工作正常、有序、高效的开展。
Abstract: According to JGJ 253—2011 Technical specification for thermal insulating systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate mortar, the anti-crack mortar detection method has some not clear place. Through the orthogonal experiment analysis, the various factors that influencing the anti-crack mortar performance testing process, such as mixing way, daub thickness, open time and the way of adding plastic film are studied. Then, the original detection method is optimized and the corresponding suggestion is put forward to ensure that the orderly and efficient of the anti-crack mortar in thermal insulating systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate mortar test.
