摘 要:在给出双向搅拌粉喷技术原理及施工工艺的基础上,依托连盐铁路试验段工程,对双向搅拌粉喷桩成桩质量进行了评价,研究表明,选用水泥掺入量为17%、搅拌转速为40r/min的双向搅拌粉喷桩施工工艺可以满足工程需要。双向搅拌粉喷技术能明显改善成桩偏差质量,成桩均匀性和质量均好于常规粉喷桩,无侧限抗压强度提高且离散性降低。现场双向搅拌粉喷桩水泥土强度约为相应室内水泥土配合比强度的0.4~0.5倍
Abstract: Based on the principle and construction technology of the bidirectional mixing powder spraying, combined with the Lianyungang-Yancheng Railway, the quality of the bidirectional mixing DJM pile is evaluated. The results show that 17% cement mixing, 40 r/min stirring speed of Bidirectional mixing DJM pile can meet the engineering need; The bidirectional mixing powder spraying technology can obviously improve the pile deviation quality, the pile uniformity and the quality are better than the conventional powder injection pile, the unconfined compressive strength can be improved and the dispersion can be reduced. The soil strength of the bidirectional mixing powders in the field is 0.4~0.5 times of the strength of the indoor cement.
