摘 要:利用电化学测试技术研究了乙醇胺(ETA)、四正丁基溴化胺(TBA)和氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)三种阳离子型阻锈剂在不同NaCl浓度的混凝土模拟孔溶液中对钢筋的防腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:在低浓度的NaCl模拟体系中,阻锈剂对钢筋的腐蚀防护效果较好;结合动电位极化测试和交流阻抗谱测试结果得出,CPC阻锈剂属于混合型阻锈剂,通过在钢筋表面吸附成膜抑制腐蚀过程,CPC对钢筋的防腐蚀效果更佳。 Abstract: In the present work, the performance of several cationic corrosion inhibitors were studied by the electrochemical techniques in simulated corrosion solution containing different concentrations of NaCl. Results show that the inhibitors demonstrate obvious efficiency in the low concentration NaCl solution. Combined with potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, the chlorine pyridine (CPC) show good performance in corrosion protection. CPC is a mixed type inhibitor, which can restrain corrosion process by the quick adsorption of active component on steel surface.

(1)乙醇胺(ETA)、四正丁基溴化胺(TBA)和氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)三种阳离子型阻锈剂的掺入对腐蚀电流影响不大,但腐蚀电流密度明显减小,可有效减缓钢筋地腐蚀速率,属于混合型阻锈剂
(2)NaCl浓度低时,阻锈剂能更好地发挥阻锈效果,因此,需首先降低钢筋附近氯离子浓度,再在此基础上进行电迁移阻锈剂防护
(3)CPC阻锈剂因其大分子量,阻锈率更高,其阻锈机理主要通过在钢筋表面吸附成膜而延缓钢筋的腐蚀过程。
