摘 要:以适量硅灰与P·O 42.5水泥复合组成的胶材,与锰渣经过拌合、成型、养护等工序后,制得锰渣轻质保温墙砖。通过强度、导热系数的回归分析,探讨了锰渣墙砖的干缩机理;通过XRD与SEM分析,对比了新旧方案下锰渣复合材料的早期水化产物与微观结构。 Abstract: The manganese slag lightweight insulation wall bricks are prepared through manganese slag and cementitious materials with silica fume and P·O 42.5 cement after mixing, molding and curing. Through the strength and thermal conductivity regression analysis, the drying shrinkage mechanism of the manganese slag wall bricks is discussed. And the hydration products at early age and microstructure of the manganese slag compound material are compared by XRD and SEM under the new and old schemes.

摘  要:通过室内试验,研究了邢台某矿区煤矸石混合料的物理、化学性能。采用均匀设计方法,设计了6组煤矸石混合料的试验配比方案,并分别对不同配合比的混合料进行饱水无侧限抗压强度试验,利用回归分析模型对试验结果进行分析,研究讨论掺合料(生石灰、粉煤灰)掺量对煤矸石混合料强度的影响。Abstract:ThephysicalandchemicalperformancesofcoalgangueintheXingtaiareaarestudiedbasedontheindoorexperiments.Byuniformdesignmethod,6groupsmixproportionschemesofcoalganguemixturesaredesigned.Andtheexperimentofcompressivestrengthwithfullwaterandnolateralrestraintiscarriedoutforthemixtureswithdifferentmixproportion.Usingtheregressionanalysismodel,theexperimentalresultsisanalyzed.Theinfluenceofthecontentsofadmixtures(quicklime,flyash)onthestrengthofthecoalganguemixtureisdiscussed.

摘  要:钢渣的化学成分和矿物组成与水泥熟料相似,具有一定的水硬活性,尤其是压碎值、磨耗率等性能突出,可作为碎石和砂的理想替代品。但钢渣潜在的体积不稳定性却制约着钢渣的应用,针对这问题,提出了一些解决途径,论述了其作为混凝土集料的应用可行性。Abstract:Steelslagissimilarwithcementinchemicalcompositionandmineralcomposition,andhassomehydrationactivity,especiallythehighperformanceofcrushingvalueandabrasionratio,whichcanusedasthesubstitutionofgravelandsandinconcrete.Buttheutilizationofsteelslagisrestrictedbythepotentialvolumeinstability.Aimingatthesteelslag’svolumestability,somesolutionsareproposed,andthefeasibilityofsteelslagasconcreteaggregateisdiscussed.

摘 要:以成都某工程为例,叙述了高层建筑中以隔振垫、离心玻璃棉和声默围边隔声垫为主要消能隔振材料的机房隔振地坪施工技术。该隔振地坪可使机电设备与建筑结构完全分开,能有效降低各类机电设备向外传递振动和噪声。 Abstract: Taking one project in Chengdu as an example, the construction technology of room vibration isolation floor using vibration isolation pad, centrifugal glass wool and sound silence surrounding isolation pad as the main energy dissipation vibration isolation materials in high buildings is introduced. This vibration isolation floor can detach the electromechanical equipment and building structure completely, which can efficiently reduce the outward transmission vibration and noise of the electromechanical equipment.

摘 要:从胶凝材料的用量及其配比、乳胶粉的种类及其掺量、活性二氧化硅、泛碱抑制剂以及饰面砂浆表面喷涂有机硅憎水剂五个方面着手,对饰面砂浆的抗泛碱性进行了研究,提出了改善饰面砂浆抗泛碱性能的各种方案。 Abstract: From five aspects such as the amount and mixing ratio of cementitious materials, the type and dosage of polymer powders, activated silica, efflorescence inhibitor and facing mortar surface coating silicone water-repellent agent, the anti-universal-alkaline of facing mortar is studied and many solutions to improve the anti-universal-alkaline of facing mortar are put forward.

摘 要:设计了3块再生混凝土叠合板,配筋率分别为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%,预制部分采用普通混凝土,叠合部分采用100%再生粗骨料取代率的再生混凝土,叠合面采用人工粗糙面。另外设计了1块整浇板,全部采用100%再生粗骨料取代率的再生混凝土,以进行对比试验。通过受弯性能试验,得到了挠度和裂缝发展规律以及破坏特征。试验结果表明,再生混凝土叠合板的受弯力学性能和普通混凝土板受弯性能接近,其极限承载力可采用普通混凝土叠合板的计算方法进行计算。当配筋率不低于1%时,采用再生混凝土的弹性模量,按现有规范短期刚度公式计算的挠度乘以0.9的修正系数后仍适用于再生混凝土叠合板。 Abstract: Three recycled concrete composite slabs with reinforcement ratios of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% are respectively designed. The prefabricated part is poured by conventional concrete while the cast-in-place part uses recycled concrete with 100% recycled coarse aggregates. In order to compare the experiment results with the conventional concrete slab, a unity recycled concrete slab with 100% recycled coarse aggregates is also designed. The midpoint deflections, distribution of the cracks and failure characteristics have been obtained through the bending performance test. The results show that the recycled concrete composite slabs behave similarly as the ordinary concrete slabs, the theory and design methods applied to the ordinary concrete slabs can also be suitable to the recycled concrete composite slabs. If the reinforcement ratio is not less than 1%, using the elastic modulus of recycled concrete, the deflection calculated according to the GB 50010-2002 can still be applied to the recycled concrete composite slabs after modified by a factor 0.9 .

摘 要:采用粉煤灰和钢纤维复合的技术路线,研究了粉煤灰等量取代、超量取代、水泥量不变的条件下对钢纤维混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰和钢纤维的掺入可提高道面混凝土的力学性能,改善混凝土的内部结构,并可降低道面混凝土的投资。 Abstract: Using the technique of mixing steel fiber with fly ash, the influences of fly ash on the performances of steel fiber concrete are studied when the fly ash as fine aggregate, replaces cement in the same or excessive quantity or when cement dosage does not change. 摘 要:针对汶川地震中钢筋混凝土结构出现大量脆性破坏,以改善抗震结构延性为研究目标,对7根具有相同截面和配筋、不同纤维品种和掺量的纤维增强混凝土结构柱进行了低周反复加载试验,得到了框架柱的剪切荷载—位移曲线、骨架曲线以及各阶段的荷载位移值。并据此分析了不同的纤维品种和掺量对混凝土柱延性的影响。试验结果表明,纤维增强混凝土显著改善了剪压柱的延性,延缓了塑性铰的产生。试验数据比较说明,在承受剪压的框架结构柱非线性变形过程中,钢纤维混凝土具有最强的耗能能力,碳纤维混凝土对剪压柱的水平延性提高幅度较大,合成纤维能有效延缓塑性铰的出现,但是对柱端最大承载力提高幅度较小 Abstract: In view of the mass brittle failures of reinforced concrete constructions in Wenchuan earthquake, the ductility of constructions is selected to be the research object, and the cyclic loading experiments are carried out on 7 concrete shearing pressure columns with different fiber types and dosages but with same cross-section and reinforcements. After that, the shearing load-displacement curve and the skeleton curve of the frame column are attained, as well as the load-displacement value of each step. Based on these data, the effects of different fiber types and dosages on the ductility of concrete shearing pressure columns is analyzed. The results show that the ductility of fiber reinforced concrete structural columns is improved significantly and the production of plastic hinges is delayed. Experimental data show that in the nonlinear deformation process of shearing pressure column, the steel fiber reinforced concrete has the strongest energy dissipation capacity, the carbon fiber reinforced concrete can improve ductility of the column, the synthetic fiber can effectively delay the emergence of plastic hinges, but the maximum capacity to end-column improves less extent.
