摘 要:污水厂污泥焚烧是一种有效的减量化处理方式,焚烧产生的污泥焚烧灰渣通常被运到填埋场进行填埋处置。根据污泥灰渣的物理特性,对其进行了急性毒性分析和水化活性分析,并经过无害化处理的污泥焚烧灰渣寻找到了使其资源化利用的新方法,即固化后制成的路基材料。用该法制成的路基材料抗压强度满足规定的技术要求,同时,重金属浸出毒性也满足国家固体废物排放标准的要求。 Abstract: Incineration of sewage sludge is an effective reduction treatment, sewage sludge incineration ash is usually transported for landfill disposal. According to the physical characteristics of the sewage sludge incineration ash, acute toxicity analysis and hydration activity analysis are carried out, and new methods of sewage sludge incineration ash are found out for resource utilization with harmless treatment, which is making roadbed material after solidification. The compressive strength of this roadbed material can meet the technical requirements, while heavy metals leaching toxicity of solid wastes can meet the requirements of national emission standards for solid wastes.

摘 要:试验研究了不同施工工艺对道面混凝土表面耐磨性的影响。结果表明,任何一种施工工艺处理后的道面混凝土耐磨性都会降低,降低幅度随表面纹理构造深度的增大而增大,拉毛道面的磨槽深度低于刻槽道面,而刻槽道面的抗滑能力衰减率明显低于拉毛道面。因此,在混凝土道面使用比较频繁且防滑能力要求较高的机场,表面抗滑处理以刻槽道面相对较好。 Abstract: The effects of different construction technologies on the abrasion resistance of pavement concrete surface are studied by experiments. The results indicate that the abrasion resistance of airport pavement concrete will be reduced after any construction technology treatments, and the decreased degree is increased with the surface texture depth increasing. The abrasion of napped pavement is smaller than the snicked pavement, and the anti-slide attenuation rate of snicked pavement is obviously slower than the one of napped pavement. Therefore, the snicked pavement will be better for anti-slide which is in the frequent usage and high anti-slide requirement airport.

摘  要:介绍了双筋并绕全自动滚焊机的设计思路、创新点和技术特点。指出,双筋并绕有效解决了14~16mm钢筋直径钢筋骨架难以成型的问题。同时,由于电控系统采用三相硅整流焊接技术,使该滚焊机还具有焊接压力小、热能传递快、焊接时间短等特点。Abstract:Thedesignideas,innovationpointsandtechnicalfeaturesoffull-automaticrollingaroundwelderswithdoublemuscleparallelwindingareintroduced.Anditpointsoutthattheschemeofdoublemuscleparallelwindingcaneffectivelyresolvetheproblemofframeworkofsteelreinforcementwith14~16mmbardiameterhardtomould.Meanwhile,becauseofusingthethree-phasesiliconrectifierweldingtechnology,thefull-automaticrollingaroundwelderhasmanyadvantagessuchaslowerweldingstress,fasterheattransferspeed,shorterweldingtime.

摘 要:介绍了预应力简支T形梁混凝土施工中常见的几种质量缺陷,结合工程实际,分析了产生缺陷的原因;提出了相应的预防措施和处理措施。针对预应力混凝土简支T形梁危害较大的质量缺陷—孔洞做了重点论述,并结合试验与现场施工验证,将补偿收缩混凝土应用于混凝土孔洞修补中,结果表明,补偿收缩混凝土用于修补混凝土孔洞是可行的。 Abstract: The common quality defects in the concrete construction of prestressed simple branch T-shape beams are introduced. Combining with project practices, the reasons for the defects are analyzed and the relevant preventive and treatment measures are proposed. The more harmful quality defect—holes in the prestressed concrete simple branch T-shape beams is significantly discussed, and the shrinkage-compensating concrete is applied in the concrete holes repairing combined with the test and field construction verification. The results show that the shrinkage-compensating concrete applied in the concrete holes repairing is feasible.

摘 要:利用采石场废弃石渣粉、废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒、水泥为原料,经过孔型设计、配合比设计和生产试制,研制了一种新型自保温轻集料混凝土多孔砖,并进行了墙体热工试验。试验表明,所研制的轻集料混凝土多孔砖保温性能好,其墙体热工性能完全满足夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能50%墙体热工性能规定性指标要求。 Abstract: Using gravel powder, waste polystyrene foam particles and cement as raw materials, through pass design, mix proportion design and trial production, a new kind of self-insulating lightweight aggregate concrete perforated brick is prepared, and the wall thermal performance is tested. The tests show that the thermal performance of the lightweight aggregate concrete perforated brick is well and the wall thermal performance meets the requirements of stipulating indexes in hot summer and cold winter region residential building energy efficiency 50%.

摘 要:分析了黄河淤泥的特性,通过离子交换激发黄河淤泥活性,讨论了不同激发剂的活化效果。以活化土为主要原料,掺入无机固化剂、有机固化剂及黄麻纤维制备黏土基墙体材料,并研究了固化强化措施对其性能的影响。结果表明,2%的复合激发剂(水玻璃/氯化钙=1/1)能有效活化黄河淤土,采用活化土:无机固化剂:砂=65:25:10的配合比,辅以1.8%聚丙烯酸钙和0.8%的黄麻纤维即可制备出满足MU10等级要求的黏土基墙体材料。 Abstract: Activity of Yellow River silt is stimulated through the ion exchange on the basis of its characteristics analysis and the activation effects of different agents are discussed. Clay-based wall materials are prepared by activated silt and cementitious binder as main raw materials supplemented by organic solidification agent and jute fiber, and the strengthened measures on its properties effects have been studied. The results show that 2% compound activator (water glass/calcium chloride=1/1) can effectively activate the Yellow River silt. Clay-based wall materials meeting the demand of MU10 brick can be prepared with mixture ratio of activated silt: cementitious binder: sand=65: 25: 10 strengthened by 1.8% polypropylene calcium and 0.8% jute fiber.

摘 要:研究了粉煤灰、矿粉、纤维素纤维、PVA 纤维及其混杂掺入对混凝土体积稳定性的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰、矿粉均能有效提高混凝土的抗氯离子扩散性能,两者复掺更有利于氯离子扩散系数的降低,单掺矿粉较单掺粉煤灰好。掺入不同品种纤维的混凝土收缩率随时间而变化,时间越长各品种纤维混凝土的收缩率减小,在抑制混凝土长期抗裂方面,PVA纤维的作用效果最好。 Abstract:The effects of single or duplicate mixes of fly ash, mineral powder, cellulose fiber and PVA fiber on the volume stability of concrete are studied. The results show that the fly ash and mineral powder can effectively improve the chloride ion resistance diffusion, the chloride diffusion coefficient is reduced more by combined mixture of the fly ash and mineral powder, and the effect of mineral powder is better than the ones of the fly ash. The shrinkage rate of concrete mixed with different varieties of fiber is changed by the time, the longer time passing, the smaller shrinkage rate of all varieties of fiber reinforced concrete. The PVA fiber has the best effect on the crack resistance of concrete in a long time.

摘  要:纤维水泥制品行业生产中循环用的混(回)水大量存在,如果不能很好地加以利用,一方面会影响制品的强度,另一方面会造成废渣沉积、增加生产成本,同时使作业环境恶化。通过对循环混水工艺和设备的改进,使混水得以及时利用,清混水罐8个月甚至13~14个月清一次也不会发生堵罐和积渣现象。Abstract:Muchmixingwaterinfibercementproductsindustryduringtheproductionisexisted,ifthemixingwatercannotbewellused,notonlythestrengthofcementproductswillbeaffected,butalsoproducingcostwillbeincreasedbyaccumulatingmixingwasteresiduewithbringingthebadworkingenvironment.Throughimprovingthetechnologyandequipmentofcyclicmixingwater, themixingwaterwillbeusedimmediately,andtheslagwillnotbepluggedoraccumulatedineightmonthsoreveninthirteen~fourteenmonthsforoncecleaning.
