玄武岩纤维增强泡沫混凝土性能的研究

摘 要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为结合剂,粉煤灰作掺合料,蛋白类发泡剂和玄武岩纤维,制备了粉煤灰-水泥基泡沫混凝土,探讨了纤维的不同长度、不同掺量对表观密度为900kg/m3的泡沫混凝土早期的性能的影响。结果表明,玄武岩纤维能提高泡沫混凝土早期的抗压强度和抗折强度;吸水性能取决于泡沫混凝土的绝干密度;加入玄武岩纤维对泡沫混凝土的导热系数有一定的增加,其中,纤维掺量的变化对泡沫混凝土的导热系数影响较大。
Abstract:With the ordinary Portland cement as combination agent, fly ash as admixture, protein foaming agent and basalt fiber,the fly ash-cement foamed concrete is prepared. The effects of the fiber with different length and different proportion on the early performances of foam concrete with 900kg/m3 apparent density are discussed. The results show that the basalt fiber can improve the early compressive strength and flexural strength of foamed concrete, the water absorption performance mainly depends on the dry density of foamed concrete, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of foamed concrete certainly increases when adding the basalt fiber, and the change of the fiber contents can obviously affect the coefficient of thermal conductivity of foamed concrete.
