不同类型水泥砂浆的抗酸腐蚀性能研究

摘 要:采用硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、硅灰、矿粉等胶凝材料配制不同类型的水泥砂浆,对其抗酸腐蚀性能进行了研究。将砂浆浸泡在pH值为2的硫酸溶液中进行腐蚀,测试特定腐蚀龄期的质量损失、强度损失、腐蚀深度等指标,评价砂浆的抗酸腐蚀性能。结果表明,硅酸盐水泥系列砂浆的抗酸腐蚀性能优于硫铝酸盐水泥系列砂浆,矿粉、硅灰双掺的硅酸盐水泥砂浆抗酸性能最好。
Abstract: Acid corrosion resistance of mortars with different cementitious materials such as Portland cement, sulpho-aluminate cement, silica fume and slag is investigated. According to a series of designed experiments, acid resistance of mortars is tested by mass loss, strength loss and corrosion depth of specimens. The study reveals that the acid resistance of mortars with Portland cement is better than the one of sulpho-aluminate cement. When both mixed with the silica fume and slag, the acid resistance of mortars with Portland cement is best.
