摘 要:以普通硅酸盐水泥、轻质多孔膨胀珍珠岩为主要原料,利用物理和化学方式发泡,制备了水泥基膨胀珍珠岩多孔吸声材料。研究了制备工艺、膨胀珍珠岩掺量、发泡剂种类和掺量、试样厚度、水灰比、养护温度及压力等对材料吸声性能的影响。 Abstract: The cement-based expansion perlite porous sound absorption material is prepared by normal silicate cement and light porous perlite through physical and chemical foaming. 摘 要:介绍了某固体废弃物中转车间基坑开挖过程中面临的粉煤灰填海基层塌陷、地下腐蚀性水补给速度快等问题。针对该工程基坑挡土墙的实际裂缝出现的情况进行了分析,总结了内在因素和外在因素;并针对开裂原因,采取削坡、放坡、锚喷面层、钢管支撑来进行加固,有效地阻止了裂缝的开展。 Abstract: During the foundation pit excavation of a certain solid waste transfer workshop, some problems are introduced, such as the fly ash filling sea layer sinking and collapse, corrosive underground water supply speed fast and so on. The cracks situation of the foundation pit retaining wall in the project is analyzed, and the intrinsic factors and the external factors are summarized. In view of the causes of cracking, such techniques of cutting slope, put slope, anchor bolt and shotcrete spray the surface, combined steel tube supporting to reinforce are adopted to prevent the crack development effectively.

摘 要:大模板施工工艺广泛应用于高层建筑施工,在这种施工方法中施工缝留置比较随意, 而目前对钢筋混凝土结构进行数值分析时,均认为结构是完整的,造成数值模型与实际结构不符。本文总结了施工缝的研究现状,并对施工缝的传力机理、力学模型进行了分析和探讨。 Abstract: Big template construction technology is widely used in high-rise building construction, in this kind of construction method, more casual construction joints are retained, and currently the numerical analysis on steel reinforced concrete structure are all taken structure as complete, which causes discrepant between the numerical model and the actual structure. In this paper, the research on construction joints is summarized, and the force transmission mechanism and the mechanical model of construction joints are analyzed and discussed.

摘 要:国内外关于植筋技术的研究基本上是在较高强度混凝土基材上进行的,而实际工程中仍存在低强度混凝土结构用植筋技术加固的案例。本文利用大型有限元软件ANSYS10.0对C15低强度混凝土中植筋进行了非线性有限元分析,分析了不同荷载下基材和受拉钢筋应力分布的规律。得到了钢筋的荷载-应力曲线和荷载-滑移曲线;求出了三种常用钢筋的极限承载力;经过分析计算,得出了强度折减系数。结果说明,C15低强度混凝土中植筋是可行的,可以指导结构加固设计。 Abstract: The research of planting-bar technique at home and abroad is basically for high strength concrete, but ?the actual engineering still exists the use of planting-bar technique in low strength concrete structure. In this paper, nonlinear finite element analysis of planting-bar in low strength concrete is carried out through finite element software ANSYS 10.0. The stress distribution rule of concrete and bar is analyzed under different loading. The loading-stress curve and loading-slip curve of bars are obtained. The ultimate bearing capacity of three common used bars is obtained, and the strength reduction coefficient of planting-bar is obtained through the calculation. The results show that using planting-bar technique in C15 low strength concrete is possible, which can guide the structure reinforcement design

摘 要:近年来,混凝土砖正以其生产能耗低、节土利废等特点而为建设工程所广泛应用,随之而来的将是对既有建筑物或构筑物砌体中混凝土砖的抗压强度的检测提出了要求。本文主要介绍了江苏地区采用回弹法检测砌体中混凝土砖抗压强度技术的研究情况。 Abstract:In recent years, the concrete bricks are widely used in construction project with its low energy consumption,saving soil and waste advantage, therefore, the test for compressive strength of concrete bricks in existing building or structure masonry is required. In this paper, the research situation for the use of rebound method testing the compressive strength of concrete bricks in the masonry is introduced in Jiangsu Province.

摘 要:通过对钢筋混凝土板受剪试验结果的研究,分析了宽跨比对集中荷载下无腹筋板破坏形态和受剪承载力的影响。研究表明,随着宽跨比的增加,板的破坏形态由梁剪、冲剪变化到冲切,并建议了相应的受剪承载力计算方法,该方法计算值与试验结果能较好地符合。研究成果可供工程设计及修订规范参考。 Abstract: According to the experimental results of reinforced concrete slabs under shearing capacity, the influences of breadth span ratio on the failure mode and shearing capacity of slabs without web reinforcement under concentrated loading are analyzed. The results show that with the increments of breadth span ratio, the failure mode of reinforced concrete slabs translates from beam shearing to punching shearing. Furthermore, the formulas for calculating the shearing capacity of reinforced concrete slabs are put forward. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The suggested formulas have fairly good practical value and can be used as the reference to the revision of the concrete specification in the future.

摘  要:研究了不同掺量聚丙烯纤维对水泥基材料力学性能的增强作用,以及纳米SiO2在高速研磨搅拌+超声波分散的条件下,对掺聚丙烯纤维的水泥基材料的增强作用。试验结果表明,在水泥基材料中掺入聚丙烯纤维能在一定程度上提高试样的抗折、抗压强度,随着纤维掺量的增加,水泥基材料强度呈现先提高后逐渐降低的趋势。采用高速研磨搅拌+超声波的方法分散纳米SiO2,在纤维及纳米SiO2掺量均很小的情况下,可较大幅度提高水泥基材料的强度。Abstract:Theinfluencesofdifferentcontentsofpolypropylenefiberonmechanicalpropertiesofcement-basedmaterialarestudied.AndtheenhancedeffectsofnanometerSiO2ondifferentcontentsofpolypropylenefiberreinforcedcement-basedmaterialdispersedbythemethodofhighspeedgrinding+supersonicwavedispersingareinvestigated.Theexperimentresultsshowthatthepolypropylenefibercanincreasethebendandcompressionstrengthofsamplesinacertainextent,andwiththeincreaseofpolypropylenefibercontents,thestrengthofsamplesincreasesatfirstandthenreduces.Thestrengthofcement-basedmaterialsincreasesobviouslyintheconditionoflesscontentsofpolypropylenefiberandnanometerSiO2,whennanometerSiO2isdispersedbythemethodofhighspeedgrinding+supersonicwavedispersing

摘 要:在国内外有关钢纤维混凝土疲劳特性研究的基础上,试验研究了低温下钢纤维混凝土梁抗折疲劳特性。试验结果表明,应力水平对低温养护钢纤维混凝土梁抗折疲劳寿命产生显著影响,低应力水平下的疲劳寿命远远高于高应力水平下的疲劳寿命。 Abstract: On the base of the domestic and overseas fatigue research on steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC), the flexural fatigue feature of SFRC beam is researched according to the basic mechanics property investigation of SFRC at low temperatures. The test results indicate that the stress level has significant effect on the flexural fatigue life of SFRC beam under low temperature curing. The fatigue life under low stress level is much higher than the fatigue life under high stress level.
