摘 要：进行了基于硫铝酸盐水泥体系的预制简支箱梁盆式橡胶支座灌浆材料的试验研究，以硫铝酸盐水泥、矿粉和石膏为原材料，辅以骨料，高效减水剂、早强剂、缓凝剂等材料，通过合理的配合比探索，研制出了满足《客运专线桥梁盆式橡胶支座暂行技术条件》要求的HLC-ZS1预制简支箱梁盆式橡胶支座灌浆料。
Abstract: The experimental research on the grouting material support in the prefabricated box girders with tub rubber is carried out based on the aluminum sulfur acid salt cement system. With sulfur acid salt cement, slag powder and gypsum as raw material, through the reasonable proportion exploration, with the aggregates, efficient water reducing agent, early strength agent, retarder, etc., the HLC-ZS1 grouting material support in prefabricated box girders with tub rubber is prepared, which can meet the requirement of “Interim technology standard of rubber support with box girders for passenger lines”.
