摘 要:综述了国内外废旧橡胶改性水泥基材料的现有研究成果。分析了废旧橡胶改性水泥基材料未能得到广泛应用的原因,并指出了今后研究的方向。现有研究成果表明,掺入橡胶颗粒取代部分集料可以有效提高水泥基材料的抗冻性和抗渗性,成倍提高混凝土的弯曲疲劳寿命,同时使抗裂性、抗冲击性能也得到改善。此外,橡胶混凝土应用到结构构件中能提高结构的延性及耗能能力。
Abstract: The current research achievements of cement-based materials containing scrap rubber at home and abroad are summarized. The reasons why the cement-based materials containing scrap rubber is not applied widely are analyzed, and the future research direction is pointed out. Literatures show that the additive composition of scrap rubber replacing a part of mineral aggregate can improve the frost resistance and impermeability of the cement-based materials efficiently, increase the bend fatigue life of the concrete remarkably and enhance the crack resistance and impact resistance of concrete. Furthermore, rubberized concrete applied in the structural member can improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the structure.
