摘 要:通过掺加粉煤灰、矿粉、磨细石英砂等矿物掺合料制备了不同强度等级的混凝土,研究了矿物掺合料掺量、种类以及水灰比、混凝土内部不同深度对混凝土内部碱度的影响,并对比分析了不同矿物掺合料混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。研究结果表明,适量的矿物掺合料不仅可节约水泥,优化混凝土结构,提高混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,同时对混凝土内部碱度影响较小。混凝土内部碱度分布基本均匀,不同深度的孔溶液中pH值基本一致;且混凝土的水灰比对其碱度几乎没有影响。
Abstract: The concrete with different strength grades was prepared by adding mineral admixtures such as fly ash, slag and ground quartz sand. The effects of mineral admixture content and type, W/C and different depth of concrete on the internal alkalinity of concrete were studied. The sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete with different mineral admixtures was compared. The results show that appropriate mineral admixtures can not only save cement, optimize concrete structure and improve the sulfate resistance of concrete, but also have little influence on the internal alkalinity of concrete. The alkalinity distribution in concrete is basically uniform, and the pH value in pore solution of different depths is basically the same, and the water cement ratio in concrete has little effect on its alkalinity.
