摘 要:以12%的锂渣超量取代水泥配制C50高性能混凝土,并测试了混凝土的力学与徐变性能及其随养护龄期的变化规律。试验结果表明,锂渣的掺入,未对混凝土早期力学性能产生负面影响,而后期强度还较未掺试样有一定程度的提高;掺锂渣混凝土的徐变变形在加载的初始7d内变化较快,180d以后基本趋于稳定,各龄期皆小于未掺试样。 Abstract: C50 high performance concrete by replacing cement with 12% lithium slag is prepared, and the mechanical and creeping properties of concrete and the change law of the behaviors with the curing time are tested. The experimental results show that there is no negative effects on the early age mechanical behavior of the concrete by adding into lithium slag and the mechanical strength has been improved at the later age compared with the one without lithium slag. The creeping deformation of lithium slag concrete changes a lot in 7 days but mostly levels off after 180 days, and the data of creeping behaviors of all curing ages are less than that of the concrete without lithium slag.

摘  要:将废弃混凝土经不同温度预处理后,添加10%~20%的水泥,制备建筑砂浆。结果表明:预处理温度低于700℃时,随着预处理温度的提高,破碎后细粉所占比例逐渐提高,破碎颗粒粒型逐渐良好,制得的砂浆性能逐渐提高。添加10%水泥的情况下,砂浆的抗压强度为2.1MPa,随着水泥添加量的提高,砂浆的抗压强度逐渐提高。提高混凝土的预处理温度,砂浆的强度也逐渐增强。在预处理温度达到600℃后,添加20%水泥砂浆的抗压强度达到36.2MPa。Abstract:Thebuildingmortarispreparedfromwasteconcrete,whicharethermal-treatedatvarioustemperaturesandadded10%~20%cement.Theresultsshowthatwhenthepre-treatmenttemperatureislowerthan700℃,withtheincreaseofpre-treatmenttemperature,thevolumeofthefinepowderisincreasing,theparticletypesofcrushingparticlesarebecomingbetterandtheperformancesofmortarareimproving.Thecompressivestrengthofmortaris2.1MPaadding10%cement,andthecompressivestrengthofmortarincreaseswiththeincreaseofcementadditions.Thecompressivestrengthofmortaralsoincreaseswiththeincreaseofpre-treatmenttemperature.Whenthepre-treatmenttemperatureisupto600℃,thecompressivestrengthofmortaris36.2MPawith20%cement.

摘 要:介绍了中国妇女儿童博物馆地下工程混凝土的裂缝控制技术,通过方案的对比及论证,最终确定混凝土采用60d强度评定标准,在配比上加大掺合料用量,不采用膨胀剂,采用部分粒化高炉磨细矿渣粉,并在施工中采取切实、有效的“跳仓法”工艺,使工程质量达到了高标准。 Concrete cracks control technology for underground engineering in the Chinese museum of women and children is introduced. Through the comparison and demonstration of the scheme, it is finally confirmed that 60 days concrete strength evaluation standard is used, the amount of admixtures in mix proportion is increased, the expansive agent is cancelled, the partial ground granulated blast furnace slag powder is used and the process of pouring by separate strips is taken during the construction to make the engineering quality become high level.

摘 要:GB26537-2011《钢纤维混凝土检查井盖》国家标准已正式颁布,将于2012年4月1日开始实施。为了便于标准使用各方准确贯彻实施标准的具体要求和规定,本文介绍了标准的编制背景、编制目的和意义,对标准的主要条款进行了解读,并提出了标准实施过程中应注意的几个问题。 Abstract: The national standard GB26537-2011 has been officially issued, which will implement on April 1st, 2012. In order to carry out and implement the specifications of the standard, the compilation background, compilation purpose and meanings of the standard are introduced, the main issues of the standard are interpreted, and the attention problems during the standard implementation process are proposed.

摘 要:蒸压粉煤灰砌块、蒸压加气混凝土砌块和普通混凝土小型砌块是应用广泛的填充墙体材料,这类砌块填充墙体很容易出现裂缝,是目前建筑工程质量主要质量通病之一。本文通过对这三种砌块墙体的变形监测,研究了墙体变形规律,提出了相应的砌块墙体裂缝控制措施。 Abstract: Autoclaved fly ash blocks, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and concrete small hollow blocks are the widespread application filled wall materials. Such blocks filled walls are very easy to appear cracks, which is one of main common failings in currently architectural engineering quality. In this paper, through three kinds of block walls’ deformation monitoring, the wall deformation rule is studied, and the corresponding crack control measures of block walls are proposed.

摘 要:根据30m跨径预应力混凝土足尺薄壁箱梁的试验研究,分析了在张拉阶段底板沿预应力钢束纵向开裂的原因。对薄壁箱形预应力混凝土构件,提出了在考虑获得所需纵向预应力的同时,应计入泊松效应和预应力钢束对构件变形产生的反向作用力的不利影响,并从工程设计角度建立了分析模型,提出了确定预应力钢束下保护层厚度的建议公式。 Abstract:Based on the experiment of a 30m-span prestressed concrete thin-wall box-beams, the reason for the longitudinal cracks of the floor appearing along the prestressed steel during the tensioning period is analysed. For the thin-wall box-beams prestressed components, the disadvantaged influences resulted from both Poisson effect and opposite acting force due to the deformation of beams are considered while the needed longitudinal prestressed force is acquired. 摘 要:通过对基于不同长细比的圆钢管混凝土短柱的受压力学试验,对其破坏现象及机理进行了分析;探讨了长细比对该类构件力学性能的影响规律,同时分析了该类构件中钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用。建立三维精细有限元模型,比较分析了数值模拟结果和试验结果,并确定了钢管及混凝土的破坏准则和其本构关系的合理性,从而为该类构件的设计提供了可靠的理论依据 Abstract: The compressed mechanical experimental study on the different slenderness ratio of concrete filled circle steel tube short columns is conducted, and the failure phenomenon and mechanism are analyzed. The influence rule of the slenderness ratio on mechanical properties of this kind of component is discussed, meanwhile, the restriction effect of steel tube on core concrete is analyzed. The 3D finite element model is established. The numerical simulation result and test result are compared and analyzed. The failure criterion of the steel tube and concrete and the rationality of its constitutive relation are determined, therefore, the reliable theory basis for the design of this kind of components can be provided.

摘 要:利用大型地下结构试验台,进行了围压作用下聚丙烯纤维混凝土钢筋网壳复合衬砌模型试验,研究了该支护结构的力学性能和承载能力以及支护系统的变形、破坏形态与发展规律,可为理论分析计算和工程应用提供依据。 Abstract: By large scale underground structure research platform, the experiments of the polypropylene concrete bar shell composite lining modal under confining pressure are carried out. The mechanical performance, loading capacity, deformation, damage form and developing laws of the support structure are studied, which can offer the basis of theoretic analysis and calculation and engineering application.

摘 要:为了研究玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)约束素混凝土柱体的力学性能,进行了13组试件的轴心受压试验。主要考虑GFRP用量、倒角半径对GFRP约束素混凝土柱体的力学性能的影响,通过试件的试验过程和最终破坏形态可知,GFRP约束素混凝土柱体的强度都有一定程度的提高,延性增大,破坏过程与没包裹GFRP试件相比缓慢;由于试件的棱角处存在应力集中现象,所以随着倒角半径的增加,GFRP约束的试件强度提高幅度逐渐增加,GFRP约束不同倒角半径(0、20、35、50)素混凝土方柱试件的强度提高幅度远不如圆形截面柱,较方形截面柱分别提高了6%、14%、16.9%、20.9%。 Abstract: To study the mechanical property of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) confined the concrete column, axial compressing tests of 13 specimen groups are conducted. The influences of GFRP dosage and chamfer radius on mechanical property of GFRP confined concrete column are mainly taken into account. Through the test process and the final failure form of specimen, the strength of GFRP confined concrete column has been improved, ductility has been amplified, failure process is slower than that of non-confined; as stress concentration exists at the edge of the test specimen, the strength of specimen confined by GFRP gradually increases with the growth of chamfer radius, strength improvement of GFRP confined concrete column with different chamfer radius(0,20,35,50)is less than that of round section column, and it can improve 6%, 14%, 16.9%, 20.9% respectively compared with square section column.

摘  要:通过带切口梁的三点弯曲试验,对玄武岩纤维掺量为0、1、3和6kg/m3的混凝土试件进行了荷载-变形测试,根据荷载-位移曲线拟合计算得到混凝土的断裂能。研究表明,随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,玄武岩纤维混凝土的断裂能及其增益比均呈现增长趋势,且增长速度是非线性的。Abstract:Throughthethreepointsbending(TPB)experimentwithnotchbeam,theloading-deformationtestoffiberreinforcedconcretewiththedosageof0,1,3and6kg/m3basaltfiberarecarriedout,andthefractureenergyofeachtypeofconcreteiscalculatedaccordingtotheloading-displacementcurve.Experimentalresultsindicatethatthefractureenergyandratioofgainsofbasaltfiberreinforcedconcreteraisewiththeincreaseoffiberdosage,andthevelocityofincreaseisnon-linear.
