高温饱和蒸汽环境下管桩混凝土的碱骨料反应研究

摘 要:从碱骨料反应的定义、分类、条件、机理、预防措施等方面介绍了碱骨料反应的原理。利用白云岩制作了两组胶砂试件,一组试件胶材采用纯水泥,另一组掺入10%的硅灰等量替代水泥,并在水泥标准养护箱中养护24 h,脱模后在常温蒸汽中养护6 h,再到高温蒸压养护8 h。通过骨料碱活性试验方法中的评定方式对结果进行评定。试验结果表明,碱骨料反应在高温环境下可快速发生,且硅灰掺入量为10%时,能够有效抑制碱骨料反应。
Abstract: The definition and classification of alkali aggregate reaction, reaction conditions, mechanism and preventive measures were introduced. Two groups of mortar specimens were made from dolomite. One group was made of pure cement. The other group was mixed with 10% silica fume to replace cement. The cement was maintained in standard curing box for 24 h. After demoulding, it was maintained in normal temperature steam for 6 h, and then in high temperature steam for 8 h. The results were evaluated by the evaluation method of the alkali activity test of aggregate. The results show that the alkali aggregate reaction can occur quickly under high temperature and the alkali aggregate reaction can be effectively inhibited by adding 10% silica fume.
