摘 要:为了提高盾构隧道内预埋件的防腐抗渗能力,结合实际工程,考虑选材、几何形状等因素,设计了预埋陶瓷螺母,并预埋在管片混凝土结构层中,与传统C型预埋槽道进行了对比分析,其力学性能和使用功能能满足设计要求,经济性上也存在较大优势。
Abstract: In order to improve the anti-corrosion and anti-seepage ability of shield tunnel, combined with the actual project, considering the factors of material selection and geometry, the embedded ceramic nuts are designed and embedded in the segment concrete structure layer. Compared with the traditional C-type embedded channel, the mechanical properties and use functions of the embedded channel can meet the design requirements, and there are also greater advantages in economy.
