摘 要:利用以高炉水淬矿渣为主要原料的胶凝材料试验制作了人工鱼礁,并初步评价了人工鱼礁的实际应用效果。通过配比优化实验,最终选定材料配比为矿渣(80%):石膏(10%):水泥熟料(10%):减水剂(1%),胶砂试块3d抗压强度40MPa,28d抗压强度60MPa以上,满足人工鱼礁强度要求,同时,制作出的鱼礁海洋相容性良好,有大量水生生物附着。 Abstract:Experiment research on cementitious material made of blast furnace slag(BSF) as the major raw material to make artificial reefs is carried out, and the effect of practical application on artificial reefs is assessed. Through the optimized experiments, the finial material ratio as BFS(80%), gypsum(10%), cement (10%), water reducer(1%) is determined. The 3 days compressive strength of the specimen is 40MPa and the 28 days compressive strength up to 60MPa, which can satisfy the strength requirements of artificial reefs. Meanwhile, the reefs have well marine compatibilities and are adhered by lots of aquatic lives.

摘 要:以重庆大剧院工程的SRC施工实践为依托,介绍了SRC大悬挑大悬挂结构的施工工艺,包括SRC钢结构的深化设计制作、大悬挑钢骨地脚螺栓预埋方法、刚性支撑设计、安装、预拱度设置、悬挂钢结构施工、型钢骨定位安装、悬挑钢桁架吊拼安装、高强螺栓连接工艺、钢结构厚板焊接、悬挑型钢砼组合结构支架搭设等重点与难点施工工艺。 Abstract: Based on the construction practice of SRC for Chongqing Grand Theater Project, the construction technology of large overhanging and suspension structure of SRC is introduced, including the detailing design of steel structure of SRC, construction method of pre-embedded anchoring bolts for steel structure, rigid support design and installation, camber setting, construction of suspension steel structure, location and construction of steel, lifting and installation of suspension steel truss, connection craft of high-strength bolts, steel plate welding, the support of overhanging steel concrete composite structures and so on

摘 要:通过碳化实验,测定了加气混凝土砌块在碳化条件下的收缩变形、碳化深度,碳化后加气混凝土砌块的抗压强度和抗折强度。研究结果表明:实验室碳化条件下加气混凝土砌块的收缩发展呈现三个阶段:(I)早期快速发展阶段,(II)稳定阶段,(III)加速发展阶段;表面砂浆层能够明显降低碳化收缩的发展,加气混凝土砌块碳化深度与碳化时间成正比,抗压强度和抗折强度都随着碳化的发展而下降。 Abstract: Through the carbonation experiment, the shrinkage deformation, carbonation deep, compressive strength and flexural strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are measured. The results indicate that the shrinkage development of aerated concrete blocks under lab carbonation condition is divided three stages: (I) early age rapid developing stage,(II) steady stage and (III) accelerating developing stage. The surface mortar of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks can obviously decrease the carbonation shrinkage value. The carbonation deep of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is proportional to the carbonation time, and the compressive strength and flexural strength decrease with the carbonation development.

摘 要:通过ANSYS软件模拟了单调加载作用下不同再生骨料取代率再生混凝土柱的受压性能,得出了荷载-侧向位移关系曲线和荷载-混凝土应变关系曲线,并与相应的试验结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:有限元分析得到的破坏形态、混凝土应变及侧向位移与试验结果十分接近,验证了ANSYS分析再生混凝土受力性能的有效性。 Abstract: The load-strain curves of concrete and the load-displacement curves are carried out by ANSYS software simulating the loading capacity of recycled aggregate concrete columns with different percentage replacement of recycled coarse aggregate under monotonic loading, and the analysis results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the failure mode, the concrete strain and the lateral displacement obtained by finite element analysis are close to the experimental results, which can verify the validity of ANSYS software to analyze the loading capacity of recycled aggregate concrete.

摘 要:通过纤维增韧水泥基复合材料(ECC)单轴拉伸试验,研究了ECC的拉伸应力-应变关系曲线,分析了砂胶比、纤维类型、粉煤灰及矿渣含量等因素对ECC拉伸应变能力的影响规律。试验结果表明,ECC的拉伸应变能力对于组分及配比较为敏感,增加粉煤灰含量可有效提高ECC的拉伸应变能力;增大砂胶比及矿渣含量可以提高材料初裂强度及极限抗拉强度,但不能提高ECC的拉伸应变能力;钢纤维的掺入对于提高材料的应变硬化能力及实现多裂缝开展能力不利。 Abstract: Uniaxial tensile text has been carried out to study the tensile stress-strain relationship of engineering cementitious composites(ECC), and the influence laws of sand-binder ratio, fiber types, fly ash content and slag content on ECC’s tensile strain ability have been analyzed. Experimental results show that the tensile strain ability is sensitive to the ingredients and mixing proportions. The tensile strain ability would be improved effectively with the fly ash content increasing in general. The increase of sand-binder ratio and slag content is helpful to improve the first-crack strength and ultimate tensile strength of ECC, but it can’t improve the tensile strain ability of ECC. Moreover, adding steel fiber is disadvantageous to improve the strain-hardening ability and the development of multi-fractures of ECC

摘 要:近年来,水泥粉煤灰碎石桩(简称CFG桩)以其低成本、高承载力、方便施工等优势广泛应用于高层住宅建筑中。但CFG桩在基坑开挖过程中,如开挖方法不当会造成桩身断裂等情况,直接影响成桩的质量和施工进度。本文结合某高层建筑CFG桩复合地基基坑开挖过程中产生的断桩情况,分析了在基坑开挖过程中影响桩体断裂的不确定因素和基坑开挖过程中应注意的问题,介绍了案例工程中对这些问题的解决方案 Abstract: In recent years, cement fly ash gravel (CFG) piles with its low cost, high bearing capacity, convenient construction advantage are widely used in high-rise residential buildings. However, in the pit excavation process, pile fracture is caused by immature excavation scheme, which will directly affect the quality of piles and construction schedule. In this paper, combined with pile breaking producing in CFG piles composite foundation pit excavation process of a high-rise building, the uncertainty factors affecting the pile fracture in excavation process and the problems paid attention to the excavation process are analyzed, and the solution of these problems in the project is introduced.
