摘 要:为探寻聚丙烯腈纤维对不同强度等级混凝土耐久性的改善作用,试验对水胶比为0.30、0.35、0.40、0.45、0.50的聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土的抗渗性、抗冻性和抗硫酸盐干湿循环等耐久性能进行了研究。结果表明,掺入聚丙烯腈纤维,能够降低混凝土的渗水高度,抑制混凝土相对动弹性模量的降低,提高混凝土的抗压强度增长率和抗压强度耐蚀系数,从而改善混凝土的抗渗性、抗冻性以及抗硫酸盐干湿循环等耐久性能。
Abstract: In order to explore the effect of polyacrylonitrile fibers on the durability of concrete with different strength grades, the durability of polyacrylonitrile fibers concrete with W/C of 0.30, 0.35, 0.40, 0.45 and 0.50, such as impermeability, frost resistance and sulfate dry-wet cycle resistance were studied. The result shows that adding polyacrylonitrile can reduce the water penetration height, inhibit the relative dynamic modulus, increase the compressive strength growth rate and the corrosion resistance coefficient, thereby improving the impermeability, frost resistance and resistance to sulfate dry and wet cycles of the concrete.
