摘 要:为了研究混杂纤维混凝土的耐久性,采用纤维素纤维(CTF)、复合单丝纤维(PF)、复合微筋纤维(VS)单掺、混掺的方式设计试验,通过抗渗试验、抗氯离子渗透试验、碳化试验及干缩试验,对比分析了纤维混杂方式和纤维混掺比例对混凝土耐久性的影响,并引入混杂效应增强系数研究了不同纤维混掺的混杂效应。结果表明,单掺时,PF纤维耐久性提高水平最优;纤维混杂掺入时,CTF、VS纤维对PF纤维有较好的补充作用,对混杂效应贡献较大,可以大大提高纤维混凝土的耐久性。
Abstract: In order to study the durability of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete members, single-mixing and mixing methods of CTF, PF, VS were used to design the test. The effects of fiber mixing mode and fiber mixing ratio on the durability of concrete were compared and analyzed by impermeability test, chloride ion penetration test, carbonization test and dry shrink test, and the hybrid effect enhancement coefficient was introduced to study the confounding effect of different fiber blending. The results show that the durability improvement level of PF fiber with single-mixing is the best. When the fiber is mixed, the CTF and VS fibers have a good complementary effect on the PF fiber, and contribute a lot to the hybrid effect, which can greatly improve the durability of the fiber concrete.
