摘 要:结合之江大桥水中承台新型锁口钢板桩围堰施工实例,对新型锁口钢板桩围堰施工的工艺原理、设计与布置、钢板桩插打、锁口封堵、围堰内吸砂及封底混凝土浇筑等方面进行了分析研究。结果表明,新型锁口钢板桩围堰可以将侧板的拼装及安装化整为零,使得拼装及下放简单、合拢便捷、封水效果好,是一种水中承台无底围堰施工的新方法。
Abstract: Combining with practical example of new locking steel-sheet pile cofferdam construction of the pile cap in water for Zhijiang bridge, the aspects of process principle, design and layout, driving of steel-sheet piles, locking plugging, absorbing sand in cofferdam and concrete pouring with bottom sealing of new locking steel-sheet pile cofferdam construction are analyzed and studied. The results show that new locking steel-sheet pile cofferdam can be assembled and installed for side bar with the whole into parts, so that it is easy to be assembled, conveniently closured and has good effects on waterseal, which is a kind of new method of cofferdam construction without bottom of the pile cap in water.
