摘 要:混凝土浇筑宜连续不间断进行,以避免出现削弱结构受力性能及变形特征的施工缝。传统的施工缝位置一般留于“剪力较小且便于施工”之部位,此法存在一些缺陷和不足。针对这种情况,提出了“受力较小且便于施工”的施工缝位置留置原则。 Abstract: Pouring concrete should be carried out without intermittence, so as to prevent the construction joints which may weaken the structure bearing performances and have deformation characteristic. The traditional construction joints are usually marked on the position with “smaller shearing and convenient for construction”, however, this method has a few defects and shortcoming. 摘 要:以广州轨道交通沿线一座地下两层一岛一侧站台车站的地下连续墙施工为例,介绍了燕尾型接头地下连续墙施工的技术要点,并针对施工过程中容易出现的问题提出相应的措施 Abstract:The underground diaphragm wall (UDW) with swallowtail joint has been successfully used in a subway station in Guangzhou. Key points of the construction for this project have been discussed and relevant measures have been proposed to solve the problems in the construction process.

摘 要:通过正交试验分析了泡沫玻璃、水泥、水和外加剂掺量对泡沫玻璃自保温砌块的导热系数、抗压强度和表观密度的影响,验证了泡沫玻璃等材料配置泡沫玻璃自保温砌块的可行性。 Abstract: Based on the orthogonal experiment, the effects of the foam glass, cement, water and additive on thermal conductivity, compressive strength and apparent density of insulating blocks with foam glass have been analyzed, and the feasibility of foam glass to prepare insulating blocks with foam glass has been verified.

摘 要:将废陶瓷破碎成细骨料,部分取代特细砂配成废陶瓷再生混合砂。固定稠度和胶砂比,通过试验,对比了陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆、天然中砂砂浆、特细砂砂浆和陶瓷再生粗砂砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度和干缩性能的差异。结果表明,陶瓷再生混合砂砂浆能够达到工程应用的强度要求且后期强度较高;其相对脆性低、干缩小,有利于提高抗裂性。 Abstract : Waste ceramic is crushed as recycled ceramic coarse sand, and recycled ceramic mixed sand is made through recycled ceramic coarse sand partly replacing super-fine sand. By fixed consistence and cement-aggregate ratio, the compressive strength, flexural strength and shrinkage performance between mortar respectively made from natural medium sand, super-fine sand, recycled ceramic coarse sand and recycled ceramic mixed sand are contrasted. The results show that the mortar using recycled ceramic mixed sand as fine aggregate can achieve the project’s strength request and it has higher strength at later age. And by adding recycled ceramic coarse sand in mortar, the brittleness and shrinkage of mortar can be decreased, thus, the crack resistance of the concrete can be improved.

摘 要:混凝土早期变形及约束引起的地下室侧墙混凝土开裂现象是工程中的常见问题。通过预埋温度与应变传感器的方法,对实际工程中侧墙混凝土早龄期的温度与应变的变化规律进行了监测。研究结果表明,地下室侧墙混凝土浇筑后,温度的变化都有一潜伏期,此后温度急剧上升直至达到最大温升,之后开始降温并趋于外界温度。同时研究也表明,混凝土内部温度是影响应变发生的主要原因,且混凝土内部早期应变明显,当温度趋于外界温度后,侧墙混凝土的应变并不发生太大变化。 Abstract: Early deformation and constraint of concrete causing the basement side wall concrete cracking phenomenon are common problems in engineering. Through the methods of embedded temperature and strain sensor, the temperature with side wall concrete early ages and strain change rules in actual engineering are monitored. The results indicate that after the basement side wall concrete casting, the change of the temperature has an incubation period, then the temperature sharply rises until reaching the maximum, after that, the temperature begins to be cooling and tends to be the outside temperature. Meanwhile, the research also shows that the internal temperature of concrete is the main reason for strain happening, and the early strain of concrete is obvious. When the temperature of side wall concrete tends to be outside temperature, the strain doesn’t occur too much change.

摘 要:论述了寒冷地区节能现状和居住建筑外墙节能指标,通过对自保温砌块组成材料计算分析,提出自保温砌块墙的选材方法。结果表明,以承重兼保温的陶粒混凝土空心砌块内填泡沫混凝土制成的自保温砌块用于寒冷地区居住建筑外墙,完全能实现建筑节能65%的目标。 Abstract: The energy-saving status and the design standard of outer walls for dwelling houses which can save energy by 65% in cold regions are introduced. Through the calculation and analyses of composite material of self-thermal insulation blocks, a selecting material solution on self-thermal insulation blocks is put forward. The results show that the self-thermal insulation blocks made by ceramsite concrete hollow blocks encased in foam concrete can be used for outer walls of dwelling houses and can save energy by 65%.

摘 要:马歇尔残留稳定度试验和冻融劈裂试验结果表明,加入纤维对沥青混合料的水稳性有明显改善作用,马歇尔残留稳定度从88%提高到92%以上。不同类型的纤维,提高程度略有不同,聚酯纤维稍逊于聚丙烯腈纤维,而聚丙烯腈纤维又弱于其与聚酯纤维混合配方。冻融循环试验结果表明,未掺纤维的沥青混凝土强度损失最大,聚丙烯腈纤维与聚酯纤维混合掺入的沥青混凝土强度损失最小。 Abstract: By the Marshall residual stability experiment and freezing and thawing split test, the experimental results indicate that the water stability of asphalt admixture can be obviously improved by adding fiber, and Marshall residual stability is increased from 88% to over 92%. Different types of fiber have different improving effects on Marshall residual stability, for example, the one with polyester fiber is less than the one with polyacrylonitrile fiber, and the one with polyacrylonitrile fiber is less than the one with the mixing proportion by polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyester fiber. 摘 要:为改善普通桥面混凝土易出现露石、剥落、开裂、断板等现象,配制了力学性能优良且自重较轻的钢纤维陶粒桥面混凝土。实际应用表明,所配制的C40钢纤维陶粒桥面混凝土各项性能优良,可满足桥面混凝土的应用要求。 Abstract: To improve the phenomena such as exposing, spalling, cracking, broken slab and so on of common deck concrete, the steel fiber ceramisite deck concrete with good mechanical property and light weight is prepared. Practical application indicates that the prepared C40 steel fiber ceramisite deck concrete is excellent in each property, which can fully satisfy the application requirement of deck concrete.

摘 要:对钢纤维混凝土与老混凝土粘结收缩性能进行了系统的试验研究;从新老混凝土收缩差异的角度,分析了钢纤维掺量对新老混凝土粘结收缩性能的影响。通过试验及对比分析可知,新老混凝土的收缩差异受钢纤维掺量及粘结面的共同影响,钢纤维含量越高、距粘结面距离越近则新老混凝土的收缩差异越小。 Abstract: Abstract: The systemic experiment research on the adherence shrinkage performance between steel fiber reinforced concrete and old concrete are carried out. From the aspect of the shrinkage differences, the effects of content of steel fiber on adherence shrinkage performance between new and old concrete are analyzed. Through the experiment and comparing analysis, the differences of shrinkage between new and old concrete are affected both by content of steel fiber and bonding interface. The higher content of steel fiber, the closer distance with bonding interface, the difference of shrinkage between new and old concrete will become smaller.

摘 要: 对照混凝土振动成型工艺,讨论了离心成型工艺的特点;分析了离心成型特有的旋转震动现象; 探讨了以限制机具缺陷的程度来防止模具震动的可能性。 Abstract: Compared with concrete vibration casting process, the characteristics of centrifugal casting process are discussed. The special rotating vibration phenomenon of centrifugal casting is discussed, and the possibility of preventing the mould vibration by limiting the objection degree of equipment is investigated.
