摘 要:通过实际工程,介绍了在5m连砂石回填层,即土质疏松、地下水较为丰富、地质条件不稳定的地基中开挖大直径人工挖孔桩的施工方法及施工注意事项。运用在已开挖桩孔段土壁内沿着四周打入斜向钢筋,并将钢筋浇注于桩护壁混凝土中等方法,可有效保证回填层中桩孔的开挖施工安全。 Abstract:Through the practical engineering, construction methods and attentions of large diameter artificial digging piles in 5m sandstone backfill layers, which is the foundation with the loose soil, rich groundwater and unstable geology characteristic are introduced. The oblique reinforcement is digged around into the wall of digged piles, and the methods that pile wall concrete is poured by reinforcement can efficiently ensure the excavation construction safety for pile holes in backfill layers.

摘 要:以河南平顶山某大厦基础工程大体积混凝土浇筑实际工程为例,介绍了UEA微膨胀剂、JKR复合减水剂及粉煤灰三掺技术在该工程中的应用情况。从原材料、配合比设计、施工管理、质检等方面进行全过程控制,取得了良好的技术及经济效益。 Abstract: As the practical engineering of mass concrete grouting for a building basis project of Pingding mountain in Henan for an example, the tri-mixture technology of UEA micro-expansion agent, JKR composite water reducer and fly ash are introduced for the application on this engineering. Through the total process controlling from material, mix proportion design, construction management and quality testing, good technology and economic profit are acquired.

摘 要: 介绍了聚氨酯弹性混凝土在连霍高速公路三门峡段K851+900(南幅)及K791+900(南幅)的全厚度及半厚度修补工作中的应用情况,提出了施工过程中应注意的问题。聚氨酯弹性混凝土具有良好的弹性变形能力,通过自身的弹性变形,可以较好地耗散车轮的动态冲击作用,具有优越的抗冲击能力。将聚氨酯弹性混凝土应用于桥面伸缩缝的病害维修中,既能够减少交通中断时间,又能降低维修成本。 Abstract: The applications of polyurethane elastic concrete for through-thickness repairing and half-thickness repairing in Lianhuo expressway Sanmenxia K851+900 (southern sheet) and K791+900 (southern sheet) are introduced, and problems which should pay attention during the construction process are proposed. The polyurethane elastic concrete has good elastic deformation capacity, through the self-elastic deformation, the dynamic impact role of wheels can be better dissipated by the polyurethane elastic concrete, and it also has super impact resistance capacity. The application of polyurethane elastic concrete in repairing disease of expansion joint for bridge can not only reduce traffic disruption time, but also decrease maintenance cost.

摘 要:以某地下室混凝土长墙浇筑温控施工为例,阐述了混凝土墙体在施工前应确定温控指标以及制定温控施工的综合技术措施。通过对混凝土墙体温控指标计算分析,提出了混凝土超长墙体合理留置后浇带间距、带模保温养护的“放”、“防”结合的抗裂对策,是保证混凝土长墙施工质量的关键。 Abstract: Based on the example of the construction of long concrete wall pouring and temperature controlling of a basement, the works on fixing the indexes of temperature controlling and establishing complex technique measures of temperature controlling construction before the construction of concrete wall are described. Through the computational analysis on the indexes of temperature controlling of concrete wall, the countermeasures of crack-resisting “to release” and “to resist” are put forward.“To release” means reasonably reserving space for post-pouring belts in over-long concrete wall, and “To resist” means that concrete wall is curing insulation with mold. The countermeasures are the keys to guarantee the construction quality of long concrete wall.

摘 要:对钢筋混凝土框架结构的强柱弱梁设计原则进行了分析,结合工程实际震害,得出梁端超配筋现象是影响强柱弱梁的一个重要因素,归纳了造成梁端超配筋的原因,并结合工程实例具体说明梁端超配筋的形成过程,就设计过程中如何实现强柱弱梁提出了建议。 Abstract: The design principles of strong column and weak beam of reinforced concrete frame structure are analyzed. According to a project damage, it’s found that the super reinforcement phenomenon is an important factor effecting strong column and weak beam, and the reasons causing super reinforcement are summed up. Combined with the engineering practice, the details of forming process of the girder super reinforcement are introduced, and how to realize the strong column and weak beam in the design process is proposed.

摘 要:陶粒砂轻混凝土是一种比较理想的建筑材料,具有轻质、保温、吸声、隔热等优点,已广泛应用于各种工业与民用建筑。本文利用陶粒作为骨料,陶砂部分替代天然砂及其它常规材料,配制出陶粒砂轻混凝土,并对配制的混凝土的物理力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,该混凝土干密度较普通混凝土低,物理力学性能优越,能够满足工程需要。 Abstract: Ceramisite concrete is a sort of ideal building material with the advantages of light weight, thermal insulation, sound absorption and heat insulation, which is widely used in industrial and civilian constructions. In this paper, using ceramisite as aggregate and ceramic sand instead of nature river sand and other common-used materials to produce ceramic sand light-weight concrete is studied. And the physical and mechanical performances of this kind of concrete are tested. The results show that the dry density of ceramic sand light-weight concrete is lower than general concrete, and the physical and mechanical performances of this kind of concrete are superior, which can meet the demands of practical engineering.

摘 要:对3个钢梁-混凝土墙刚接节点试件进行了低周反复荷载试验,分析了节点核心区钢梁腹板、钢梁翼缘、连接板、封口板、牛腿腹板、牛腿翼缘、分布钢筋、型钢暗柱等的应力应变关系。试验结果显示,在加载过程中,钢梁翼缘和腹板、牛腿翼缘均产生了屈服变形,但是封口板、牛腿腹板、分布筋、型钢暗柱都没有屈服,在设计时应加强钢梁翼缘和腹板、牛腿翼缘。同时试验结果也显示在实际工程中可按悬臂梁模型对牛腿进行设计。 Abstract: Three steel beam-concrete wall rigid node specimens are tested by low-cycle repeated loading. The stress-strain relationships of steel beam web, beam flange, connecting plate, sealing plate, bracket web, bracket flange, distributing steel, concealed column in node core area are all analyzed. The results show that in the loading process, steel beam flange and web, bracket flange all appeared yield deformation, but the sealing plate, bracket web, distributing steel and concealed column didn’t yield, so the steel beam flange and web, bracket flange must be strengthened during the design. The test results also show that the bracket can be designed as cantilever model in practical engineering.

摘 要:聚乙烯醇纤维增韧水泥基复合材料(Polyvinyl alcohol Fiber-Engineered Cementitious Composites简称PVA-ECC)是一种拉伸变形性能优异的水泥基复合材料,是通过断裂力学和微观力学原理对材料体系进行系统设计和优化得到的复合材料。本文介绍了国内外PVA-ECC的研究情况,并对国产PVA纤维无法应用于PVA-ECC的原因以及PVA-ECC直接拉伸实验方法两个亟待解决的问题进行了论述。 Abstract:Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber-Engineered Cementitious Composites (PVA-ECC) is a kind of cement-based composite material with extraordinary tensile deformation performance, which is a composite material systemically designed and optimized by fracture mechanics and micro-mechanics principles. The research situations of PVA-ECC in China and abroad are introduced, and two waiting solving problems such as the reason that PVA fiber cannot be applied to PVA-ECC in China and the direct tensile testing method for PVA-ECC are discussed.

摘 要:在砂浆中分别掺入11种不同比例的熔抽型超短超细钢纤维,并与相同掺量的剪切型超短超细钢纤维增强水泥砂浆进行了性能对比。结果表明,二种超短超细钢纤维的掺入均可提高水泥浆体的抗折强度、抗压强度和韧性,但熔抽型超短超细钢纤维对水泥砂浆的增强增韧作用高于剪切型超短超细钢纤维,并存在显著的纤维增强几何尺寸效应。 Abstract: Eleven kinds of different proportion of melting extracted extra-short and extra-fine steel fiber are added into mortar, and it is compared with the performances of shearing extra-short and extra-fine steel fiber reinforced mortar with the same dosage. The results show that two kinds of extra-short and extra-fine steel fiber can both improve flexural strength, compressive strength and toughness of cement pastes. The enhanced intensity and toughness of cement pastes with melting extracted extra-short and extra-fine steel fiber are better than the ones with shearing extra-short and extra-fine steel fiber, and the remarkable effects of fiber reinforcing geometric sizes of melting extracted extra-short and extra-fine steel fiber are existed.

摘 要:应用通用有限元程序,对方形空钢管、方形钢管混凝土两种不同构件进行了特征值屈曲分析,研究了该两种不同构件的屈曲模式及临界屈曲应力,并与试验研究成果及理论分析结果进行了比较,结果吻合良好。 Abstract: Finite element analysis (FEA) of eigenvalue method are used to study the buckling modes and the critical buckling stress of steel plates in the hollow box columns and the concrete-filled steel box columns. Comparison of theoretical analysis, FEA and experimental results are well anastomosed.
