黄河淤泥制备黏土基墙体材料性能研究

摘 要:分析了黄河淤泥的特性,通过离子交换激发黄河淤泥活性,讨论了不同激发剂的活化效果。以活化土为主要原料,掺入无机固化剂、有机固化剂及黄麻纤维制备黏土基墙体材料,并研究了固化强化措施对其性能的影响。结果表明,2%的复合激发剂(水玻璃/氯化钙=1/1)能有效活化黄河淤土,采用活化土:无机固化剂:砂=65:25:10的配合比,辅以1.8%聚丙烯酸钙和0.8%的黄麻纤维即可制备出满足MU10等级要求的黏土基墙体材料。
Abstract: Activity of Yellow River silt is stimulated through the ion exchange on the basis of its characteristics analysis and the activation effects of different agents are discussed. Clay-based wall materials are prepared by activated silt and cementitious binder as main raw materials supplemented by organic solidification agent and jute fiber, and the strengthened measures on its properties effects have been studied. The results show that 2% compound activator (water glass/calcium chloride=1/1) can effectively activate the Yellow River silt. Clay-based wall materials meeting the demand of MU10 brick can be prepared with mixture ratio of activated silt: cementitious binder: sand=65: 25: 10 strengthened by 1.8% polypropylene calcium and 0.8% jute fiber.
