摘 要:为研究陶粒饱水程度对陶粒混凝土力学性能及热工性能的影响,设置了六组不同预湿时间的试验组进行探究。结果表明,陶粒预湿时间越长,陶粒混凝土7 d强度越低,28 d强度越高;陶粒混凝土导热系数与蓄热系数随陶粒骨料饱水程度的增加而有所提升;陶粒预湿后期存在释水现象,释出水分补充到陶粒骨料与浆体连接面,供给胶凝材料持续硬化。
Abstract: Six experimental groups with different prewetting time were set up to investigate the effect of the degree of water content on the mechanical properties and thermal properties of ceramsite concrete. The results show that the longer the prewetting time of ceramsite concrete, the lower of its 7 days strength and the higher of its 28 days strength. The thermal conductivity and heat storage coefficient of the ceramsite concrete improve with the increase of the degree of water fullness of the ceramsite concrete. There is water release phenomenon in the post-prewetting stage of ceramsite grains, and it supplements the water content of the connection surface between the ceramsite aggregate and the mortar, and supplies the cement material for continuous hardening.
