摘 要： 介绍了双筋并绕全自动滚焊机的设计思路、创新点和技术特点。指出，双筋并绕有效解决了14～16mm钢筋直径钢筋骨架难以成型的问题。同时，由于电控系统采用三相硅整流焊接技术，使该滚焊机还具有焊接压力小、热能传递快、焊接时间短等特点。
Abstract：The design ideas, innovation points and technical features of full-automatic rolling around welders with double muscle parallel winding are introduced. And it points out that the scheme of double muscle parallel winding can effectively resolve the problem of framework of steel reinforcement with 14～16mm bar diameter hard to mould. Meanwhile, because of using the three-phase silicon rectifier welding technology, the full-automatic rolling around welder has many advantages such as lower welding stress, faster heat transfer speed, shorter welding time.
