锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力的计算模型

摘 要:基于锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁中钢筋与混凝土之间粘结应力退化的现象,结合钢筋锈蚀后材料性能的劣化,对锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力进行了研究。依据材料劣化后梁的截面平衡方程, 引入粘结影响因子得到新的变形协调条件,将锈蚀后粘结力对抗弯承载力及破坏形式的影响划分为四个锈蚀阶段,建立了锈蚀后钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力的计算模型,并利用该模型对比验证了已有试验梁的试验数据。结果表明,模型计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,说明计算模型有良好的工程实用价值
Abstract: Based on the phenomenon of the bonding stress degradation in corrosion reinforced bar concrete beams, combining the material deterioration after steel bar corrosion, the flexural bearing capacity of corrosion reinforced concrete beams is investigated.?Under the introduction of the new bonding deformation compatibility condition, equilibrium equations are utilized to analyze the characteristics of corrosion reinforced concrete beams. The effects of bonding stress on the flexural bearing capacity and damage forms are divided into four stages of corrosion, the calculation model of the flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams are established and the test data of beams are validated using the comparison of the model. The results show that the model agrees well with the experimental results, which is expected that the calculation model has good practical value.
