摘 要:万鑫大厦钢管混凝土结构由40根钢管组成,高约65.5 m,按楼层进行分段。针对该工程钢管混凝土结构建筑物高、混凝土泵送难及施工中容易出现堵管、爆管和混凝土养护等特点,重点介绍了克服难点所采取的技术措施及施工方案。 Abstract: The steel tube concrete structure of Wanxin Mansion is made of forty steel tubes with the height of 65.5m, which is divided into section by floor. Aiming at the characteristics of high structure building for steel tube concrete of this project, difficulties of concrete pumping and the problems of pipe blockage, pipe explosion and concrete maintenance during the construction process, the adopted technical measures and construction schemes are intensively introduced to overcome the difficulties.

摘 要:基于“补偿收缩-内养护-纤维限缩阻裂技术”配制了桥梁拼接部位C50微膨胀混凝土和微膨胀纤维混凝土,探讨了掺不同纤维和内养护剂对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、变形性能和耐久性的影响规律。 Abstract:Based on the "Shrinkage compensating-Internal curing-Fiber limit-anti-cracking Technique", C50 micro-expansion concrete and micro-expansion fiber reinforced concrete used for the conjunction of bridges are prepared. The influence laws of adding different fibers and internal curing agents on workability, mechanical performance, deformation resistance and durability of concrete are discussed.

摘  要:研究了近断层脉冲地震动的工程特性。按照《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2010)进行抗震设计,选择具有前方向性效应、滑冲效应和远场地三类地震动作为输入,采用Sap2000对一座四层钢筋混凝土框架进行非线性时程分析。分析结果表明:对于顶点位移、层间位移角和基底剪力等结构动力响应参数,当结构的地震反应进入弹塑性阶段后,与远场地震动下的反应相比,在具有前方向性效应和滑冲效应地震动作用下,结构的反应有较大幅度的增大,对结构中下部的破坏作用的影响比较显著。Abstract:Theengineeringcharacteristicsofthenear-faultgroundmotionarestudied.Thefour-floorreinforcedconcreteframeisdesignedunder《Codeforseismicdesignofbuilding》GB50011-2010.TheSAP2000softwareisappliedtomodelit,andthenonlineartimehistoryanalysisofstructureisimplemented.Groundmotionswithforwarddirectivity,fling-stepandfar-fieldareselectedasseismicinputs.Theresultsshowthatintermsofsomestructuraldynamicresponseparameters,suchasthevertexdisplacement,thedisplacementcornerbetweenthelayersandthebaseshear,etc.,comparedwithfar-fieldgroundmotion,underthefunctionofgroundmotionwithforwarddirectivityandfling-step,thestructuralresponsestothegroundmotionwithnear-faultareincreasedconsiderablemagnitudeswhentheseismicresponsesofstructuresstepintotheelastic-plasticstage,andtheinfluenceondamagingthemid-lowerstructureisobviouslygreater.

摘 要:结合振动沉模防渗墙技术,通过分层模型的振动台试验,研究了混合砂浆防渗料的分层性随振动时间的显现情况,揭示了混合砂浆防渗料的性能指标随振动时间的变化规律。 Abstract:According to the technology of vibratory sinking mold anti-seepage wall,through the layering vibratory dais model test, the layering characteristic following the vibratory time of the anti-seepage material of composite mortar is studied. Based on the test results,the variation law of the performance index of the anti-seepage material of composite mortar following the vibratory time is promulgated.

摘 要:基于利用广州生活垃圾焚烧发电厂炉渣制备混凝土路面砖(码头用),探讨了不同活化剂对焚烧炉渣制造混凝土路面砖性能的影响,分析了焚烧炉渣制备混凝土路面砖的环境安全性。研究结果表明,当焚烧炉渣和活化剂的掺量分别为原料总量的34%和1.5%时,焚烧炉渣制备的混凝土路面砖,28d抗压强度达45MPa, 其重金属溶出量符合GB3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》v类水要求。 Abstract:On the basis of preparation for the pavement brick(used in dock) by the furnace slag from the Li Keng municipal solid waste incineration power plant in Guangzhou, the effects of different activators on the properties of the incinerator slag pavement bricks are investigated and the environmental safety of the incinerator slag pavement bricks are analyzed. The experimental results show that when the amount of incinerator slag up to 34% and activators with 1.5% of the raw materials, the 28 days compressive strength of pavement bricks can reach 45 MPa, and the amount of heavy metal leaching meets the v type water requirement of the “environmental quality standards for surface water ” (GB3838-2002).

摘 要:从木浆纤维的选择与处理、改善浆料生产适应性的外加剂和提高产品性能的功能性材料三个方面,对无石棉纤维水泥板和无石棉硅酸钙板在制造过程需要关注的问题进行了分析探讨,希望可以帮助解决生产厂家碰到的相关问题。 Abstract: From the three aspects of choosing and disposing the wood bulk fiber, improving the producing applicability of additives to the mortar and the functional materials for improving the product performances, the attentive problems to the non-asbestos fiber cement board and non-asbestos calcium silicate board in the producing process are analyzed and discussed, which are hoped to solve the relative problems faced by the manufacture factories.

摘 要:高强高韧的纤维活性粉末混凝土(RPC)作为核废料固化桶的原材料具有很好的发展前景。为改善RPC韧性较差的缺点,研究了钢纤维掺量对RPC力学性能及弯曲韧性性能的影响。试验结果表明,钢纤维的加入能够大大提高RPC的力学性能及弯曲韧性,使RPC能更好地满足核废料固化桶材料的要求。 Abstract: As one raw material of container for storage of radioactive wastes, fiber reinforced high-strength and high-toughness reactive powder concrete (RPC) has a good prospect. To improve the shortcoming of bad toughness of RPC, the effects of steel fiber dosage on the mechanical performances and flexural toughness are researched. The experimental results indicate that the mechanical performances and flexural toughness of RPC can be enhanced greatly by adding the steel fiber, which makes RPC satisfy the requirement of container for storage of radioactive wastes better.

摘 要:以试件边缘弯曲拉应变为控制参数,通过正交试验并参照已有研究成果,对不同纤维掺量、粉煤灰用量及不同水胶比的混杂纤维混凝土进行了优化配合比设计,并对试件进行了弯曲抗拉性能试验研究。结果表明,较高韧性混杂纤维混凝土可充分利用材料的抗拉强化作用和钢纤维的防锈蚀作用,能在正常使用条件下,有效地限制混凝土构件的裂缝宽度,最大限度地保证钢筋不遭锈蚀。 Abstract: Using the bending tension strain of sample edge as the controlling parameter, through the orthogonal experiment and referring the research results, the optimized mix proportion design is carried out for different content of fiber, fly ash and different water-binder ratio of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete, and the experiment of bending tension performance for specimen are researched. The results show that hybrid fiber concrete with higher toughness could make full use of tensile and strengthening performance of material as well as corrosion resistance role of steel fiber. Under the normal working condition, crack widths of concrete components can be availably limited, which make sure the reinforced bar away from corrosion utmostly.

摘  要:测定了不同尺寸、不同钢纤维体积率混凝土试件的各龄期折后抗压强度,并按照定义的抗压强度尺寸效应计算方法,求出了不同尺寸试件之间的抗压强度尺寸效应值。结果表明,相同龄期内,钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度较普通混凝土有所提高;钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度受到龄期、钢纤维体积率和试件尺寸的影响;不同尺寸混凝土试件之间存在一定的抗压强度尺寸效应值。Abstract:Thecompressivestrengthexperimentsaftercompressionineachagefordifferentdimensionanddifferentsteelfibervolumerateofsteelfiberreinforcedconcretearedetermined.Accordingtothedefinitionfordimensioncalculationmethodofcompressivestrength,thesizeeffectvaluesofcompressivestrengthfordifferentspecimensareobtained. Theresultsshowthatinthesameage, compressivestrengthofsteelfiberreinforcedconcreteisbetterthanthenormalconcrete.Thecompressivestrengthofsteelfiberreinforcedconcreteisaffectedbyage,volumerateofsteelfiberandspecimensize.Theconcretesampleswithdifferentdimensionexistcertainsizeeffectvaluesofcompressivestrength.
